Maserati Ghibli CPO
Great to deal with. Shipped the car by covered trailer from Louisville to Detroit. Excellent experience and do not hesitate to buy a vehicle from this dealership
Hi C West, thank you so much for your positive comments about Maserati Louisviile !
Top notch treatment
Top notch service and VIP treatment. Didn?t have a loaner vehicle when I got my car serviced but found one anyway. Services completed within the time frame specified.
Hi Kevin Chapman, thank you so much for your positive comments about Maserati, Saab, Spyker, Alfa Romeo!
Researched used Maseratis on line and this was one of four dealers I considered. Despite not being able to get thru to make an appointment, the sales manager was happy to meet me at about 9:30 on a Saturday and show me the two cars they had available. Very modern, clean, sharp looking showroom, located convenient to major highways. SM gave direct answers to all questions. Provided printed data on each car. A week later, we negotiated a price and the business end went very smoothly. No surprises.
Ronald White, we are so happy to read such a great review about our Maserati selection of used Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. Please enjoy your Maserati and be assured we will provide a responsive ownership experience.
"CJ" outstandingly helpful. Very clean dealership with appropriate COVID-19 precautions. Maseratti runs extremely well. Many thanks.
Victor Lawson, thank you for your kind review; we are happy to pass along your comments to CJ and the team here at Maserati!

BUY BEWARE - Do not trust quality or ethics
I almost made the mistake of purchasing a CERTIFIED pre-owned Maserati from Jeffrey Bricker at this Dealership. I was told the car was in perfect condition, but to be safe and especially out of state, I had a 3rd party inspector review the car and provide me pictures of the quality. Now... according to Maserati North America, the requirements for cars to qualify for their Certified Pre-Owned program by passing their "Tough Criteria" include "paint quality, exterior body,.. scheduled maintenance and a history report". The car had deep gashes in the paint, damage to the exterior body, and an incomplete service history that was not going to be addressed. I was told one rim had light road rash that would be rubbed out, come to find out 3 of the 4 had significant road rash. Thank god I did not buy I expected Jeffrey to fix the damage on the car seeing as we had agreed upon a purchase price under the assumption of the cars overall quality and condition, but that was obviously too much faith in either the brand Maserati or this particular dealership. Jeffrey told me unequivocally that the dealership had no interest in upholding Maserati's standards of Certified Pre-Owned, and basically that "you're buying a used car, what do you expect". Wow. As a previous Maserati owner, I was pretty put off by this whole experience and contacted Maserati North America. They were appalled on the phone at the experience I had received, and told me they were doing an investigation and would get back to me with follow up. I also let Jeffrey know that I had reached out to Maserati North America, as well as providing him the full damage report. Maserati North America called me back and told me the spoke with the general Manager, CJ Leyendecker, and that this was going to be dealt with. Well.... I never heard a single response from Jeffrey. I never heard a single response from CJ. I never heard any more follow up from Maserati North America. I expect this was tossed in the garbage with all of their other complaints, and glossed over. This dealership gives used car salesmen a bad name, and if I was going to purchase even a new car from them I would be sure to have a full 3rd party inspection performed to make sure they were selling me anything close to what is advertised.
Joe F., I'm going to keep my response as brief as possible and address the key issues. To begin, the auto repair center you chose for a Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection specializes in late model German vehicles; they do not have access to Maserati service records. I find it disturbing that they would reference the CarFax to determine if this car was serviced according to Maserati standards. Only a Maserati Dealer would be able to provide that information. In addition, had the car not been current with the scheduled service we would not be able to publish it as a Maserati CPO. Trusting information from an establishment that does not have any affiliation or specialization with Maserati would be like going to the eye doctor for an annual physical exam. If you had attempted to share the results of the inspection with us before contacting Maserati to "file a complaint," I would have been more than happy to discuss this with you in detail. At no time during our correspondence did we state or even imply that the Maserati Certification Standards and Guidelines wouldn't be followed as stated by the manufacturer. Nor would we jeopardize our relationship with them just to sell another used vehicle. We specifically select only the finest cars to enter into our CPO program and if we find that they are not up to the Dealership's or Maserati's standards, we send them to auction. It just doesn't make sense to spend an average of $5,000 to recondition a vehicle that wouldn't meet those strict criteria. I also would expect that the lack of follow up from Maserati was based on the fact that you unequivocally told them you had already purchased the car. I personally think your efforts would be better utilized focusing on the Pre-Purchase Vehicle Inspection that not only gave you false information, but charged you to provide only a few photographs and a CarFax; both of which are available on our website, free of charge. Joe, we pride ourselves in our honesty and transparency here, but we can only do so if we are given that opportunity. It's a shame that you didn't give us that opportunity because you missed out on a beautiful Certified Pre Owned Maserati at a fabulous price. Sincerely, CJ Leyendecker
If you want a driveable car, STAY AWAY.
Maserati Louisville received my Maserati SPECIFICALLY for code diagnostics and the only thing they did was screw up the entire electrical system in the car and then BLAME ME for the car being undriveable, although it was 100% driveable before it was in their possession. I was given the car back with a braking system that does not work, immobilizer problems, a power draw problem causing the AGM battery to be fried, several electronic failures, and absolutely NO attempt to fix the myriad of issues they caused. Although my car went in for 10 minutes worth of code resets--and NOTHING else--my car now sits completely immobile in a parking lot with THOUSANDS of dollars worth of issues caused by a dealership that's supposed to be licensed by the manufacturer. For MONTHS and MONTHS the dealership has REFUSED to talk about eradicating the issues. AGAIN, 9 MONTHS LATER, I STILL DO NOT HAVE A DRIVEABLE CAR. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.
Ken, your review is unfair and incomplete. Please do not blame our dealership for your purchase of a car on Ebay which was previously scrapped and then rebuilt from Junk. Your 2006 Maserati Quattroporte with 73,000 miles was a Lemon buyback in 2009 and it had a branded title. After your car was repurchased Maserati North America, the car was sold again and it was in a severe accident. The accident was so severe the Insurance company declared the car a total loss and your vehicle was issued a Salvage Title. Shortly thereafter a Rebuilt title "Built from Junk" was issued. Buying a car on Ebay can be dangerous. Ken, your review concerns a sublet repair from Bachman Collision Center who sent the car to us during body repair from a recent accident. The majority of the issues are quite apparently from previous shoddy repair and electrical work in rebuilding a salvaged car. Ken we sorted out as much as we could, but to your credit you refused to spending money on this rabbit hole of a vehicle.
Bluegrass Maserati/Alfa Romeo - Great experience
Could have lost 1 star on customer service due to something beyond their control. They had lost a sales person, and had not yet replaced him/her, and we came in on the first visit near the very end of the work day. Due to the experience other than that being above and beyond, we left it at 5 star. Outside of the initial lost time, this was definitely a 5+ star buying experience.
Carl, CJ and Marshall were awesome during the whole process. I purchased the car from out of state and by far this was the easiest automobile purchase I have ever made. They were all professional, courteous and thorough.
Robert England, we are so pleased you enjoyed your visit to Maserati, Saab, Spyker, Alfa Romeo!
