No one ever got back to me when I sent 3 messages about a car I was interested in

Had an Appointment with Josh C. @1100.. I had arrived exactly at 1100 AM and he was looking out for me… We exchanged greetings and we walked by where the car that I had come to see… Examined and sat in car and went over the features. Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. I am Stoked that I got the deal I wanted and $500 off on top of that… They made it real easy and fast… 2 thumbs up to Dealer , Management and Salesmen who made my day Awesome… Aloha Kimo

They posted an ad for a Maserati MC Stradale when its just a regular MC, most people would not know difference and be scammed. Shameful dealer

In October 2021, I purchased a 2018 Volkswagen Jetta SE (VIN: 3VWDB7AJXJM239188) from Auto X-Change Inc for approximately $19,900 plus taxes and fees. This vehicle was financed through Pentagon Federal Credit Union, who received the title as Lien Holder. Auto X-Change Inc provided a clear title and no evidence of any significant damage to the vehicle. Recently I tried to sell the vehicle and was advised by a local dealership the Carfax report states there’s “Structural Damage” to the vehicle. To verify, I spent approximately $47 to purchase the Carfax report, which does show this damage was reported on July 21, 2021. The Carfax report shows the vehicle was then purchased by Auto X-Change Inc on July 26, 2021. I purchased this vehicle from Auto X-Change Inc sometime in October 2021. This means Auto X-Change Inc knew the vehicle had structural damage and didn’t disclose this information to me (the buyer), to Pentagon Federal Credit Union (the Lien Holder), or to Geico (the insurance company). If this damage was previously known, I wouldn’t have purchased the vehicle, Pentagon Federal Credit Union wouldn’t have financed the vehicle, and Geico wouldn’t have insured the vehicle. I’ve made four attempts to contact Auto X-Change Inc, once by email, and three times by phone. There was no response to my email, I received a hostile gentleman on the first call, a voicemail on the second call, and gave my call back number on the third call. This is not only a safety concern but it’s fraud.

I purchased a vehicle from them in 2021. When I went to sell the vehicle in 2023 I found out it had "Structural Damage" reported on the Carfax. This was not disclosed to me or the lien holder. This is a safety risk and blatant fraud.

This place is an absolute scam. I tend to believe businesses operate with some level of integrity, but this dealership does not. Sold me a used vehicle for about $8,000 over what it was worth. They had entered incorrect information about the vehicle in their online listing, which made it seem like a great deal. Of course I should have done more research, and will in the future. The route I went on for the test drive was in town, once I got on the highway with it the steering wheel would shake violently. AC wasn’t working and they said they would fix the shaking so they put me in a little Kia with the side literally bashed in for a week. After I finally got the car they hadn’t even fixed the AC or the rotor/alignment or whatever was causing the wheel to shake. When I contacted them about it I got no response. I promise if you think “they can’t be that bad”, they are. This might be the third review I’ve ever left anywhere, and the first negative review. The worst experience I have ever had with any purchase of anything, not just cars. Leaving this to try and help the next person. Please look elsewhere.

Came in to check on a 2014 S550 and ended up driving out with a 2015 CLS63 S AMG! All with a bad credit they were able to give good money for my trade-in and give me a low interest rate! Don’t believe the haters of this dealership, if you’re having doubts, visit and check the car you want (they have amazing cars in their showroom) and talk to John and Shaun who will help you with your financing needs.

The best way to sum them up is DISHONEST ! Literally from the very start and entire process. I was lucky enough to find what I need elsewhere.

They sold me a car that has been wrecked pretty bad, so bad they wouldn’t even take the car in trade for another car. Shop elsewhere buyer beware
