It seemed to be a great place to purchase a used car. I fell into the trap of buyer's remorse. I've had my car for a little over a month and have had to spend an additional $210.59 to ensure the safety of my grandson and myself. While this may not be a lot of money for most, every bit counts when you're on a fixed income. I'm rating the buying process a 5 star because since I paid cash, Pat was committed to getting the payment and made the process extremely easy and less time-consuming.

My wife and I had a great experience buying a beautiful BMW from the CarSpot CFL in Melbourne Florida. The purchase process was efficient and Joe our salesman was very helpful getting paperwork and financing pushed through quickly. After the sale we had an issue with a tire and they backed up their promise by not only getting tires replace but even took the car for the needed changes. In addition they took care of registration and plates so all was hassle free for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car in the future and I’m already thinking of going back to replace my wife’s vehicle.

I PURCHASED A VEHICLE TO BE TRANSPORTED OUT OF STATE. THE OWENER PROVIDED ME INACCURATE INFORMATION ABOUT THE VEHICLE, THE MILES ON THE INTERNET AND PER MANY CONVERSATIONS WERE WRONG. WHEN I RECEIVED THE VEHICLE IT HAD ALMOST 4,000 MORE THAN HE STATED AND HAD ON THE BILL OF SALE. PER OUR CONVESATION HE AGREED TO HAVE THE CAR DETAILE. WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR IT WAS VERY DIRTY AND FILTHY... COFFEE STAINS ALL OVER THE SEATS. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CAR BEING OVER 4,000 MILES FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD AND VERY DIRTY BUT IT WAS TOO LATE BC I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR TRANSPORATION. IN ADDITION AFTER AGREEING TO GETTING WARRANTY, IT TOOK HIM OVER 1 MONTH TO SAY HE WAS NOT ABLE TO AND MANY CALLS FOR US TO GET OUR MONEY BACK.
