Hi. Everything was good with the service however I wish there had been some tea or coffee. There was just water in the waiting room as the coffee machine was broken.

Dom was very helpful and gave me accurate estimates on when my car would be ready. Both times I went in for service was a smooth and easy experience.

I was pleased when I found that I could complete the purchase of my leased Kia Niro during a regular checkup. That meant I wouldn't have to come back at a later date. I was; however, annoyed that no one called me or came to tell me that my car was ready after completing the oil change and other items. Forty minutes after it was promised, I had to go and find someone to release the car to me.

Had a great experience buying Kia 2026 Sportage hybrid car. People were polite and answered all the questions. I recommend to increase customer engagement.

Carlos was good at his job but, the sales manager needs to stop the micromanaging his people. It created a lot of confusion and almost made me change my decision to Honda. Your sales manager also ran my credit 5 times. This was excessive and unnecessary.
