I just completed my yearly service at Capitol Kia.

I just completed my yearly service at Capitol Kia. They did an excellent job with the car, even completing a wheel alignment without charge. In addition to the service, I was going to order a replacement outside rear view mirror, because someone had scraped the mirror in a parking lot, leaving a nasty white paint scar. However the technician suggested that they might be able to buff out the paint transfer. They were able to successfully buff out the paint damage, saving me about $500 in an insurance claim.

Amazing Team members and Service department but way over

Amazing Team members and Service department but way over priced. It cost me 3 times what I would have paid at other shops. Plus you get the privilege of paying a credit card processing fee. Maybe it is just me but I do not carry that kind of cash on me nor do I keep that amount available on a debit card.

Nice workers but unfortunately for a simple oil chang

Nice workers but unfortunately for a simple oil chang they make you wait 3 hrs. in middle of no where locatin to kill your time while waiting. This service takes only 30 min., if you take it some where else.

Great experience at Stockton Kia!

Great experience at Stockton Kia! Paul Siggia was amazing! Very knowledgeable and so friendly! Car shopping is never fun but Paul created a great environment, the whole process was quick and enjoyable! Love my brand new Forte!

I test drove a Sportage at Capitol KIA, liked it, then later purchased a Sportage phev. Found the sales people helpful and informed. I knew what I wanted and they honored the price that I was quoted. My new car meets my needs.

I’m NOT happy with the purchase experience.

I’m NOT happy with the purchase experience. I’ve bought one of the new cars at Capitol Kia and to my surprise they’ve lost the spare keyfob, but didn’t want to tell me until the deal was signed. Sales folks promised to order a spare key, but it’s been more than a month since purchase date, and I’m still missing the 2nd keyfob (despite multiple attempts to reach out to Sales team and follow-ups from my side). No callbacks, no apologies, no estimates when it will get fixed. Should I tell that they scratched the bumper while doing car wash and refueling? Pretty minor, but who wants a scratch on a new car? Again no apologies, no heads up. Giving 2 stars as I’m still happy with the actual car (but it’s on Kia, not this dealership).

Too far to get to without my own transportation.
