Great experience buying used vehicle

Went to check out a couple of cars. No one followed me around, just gave me the keys to what I wanted to look at. When it came to test drive the car, Robert gave me the keys and said " see you when you get back". Bought a 2002 Ford Explorer and Robert and Andy put it in for service and inspection, replaced items that I didn't even catch on my look over of vehicle. Great experience, highly suggest visiting for used vehicles.

Very simple no haggle purchase with everything done at time of delivery. The car was as if it was new on a 2001 .

Above and Beyond

I got this car for my son, a new driver. I will definitely be going back whenever I need another car. They are terrific! Truly cares about the quality of service, even came by the house when we believed we had a problem.

Completely satisfied

I bought a 2003 Jeep Liberty Sport from this group in late December 2015. The jeep was clean inside and out. The owner Andy was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. From start to finish the whole experience was easy and comfortable. All my necessary paperwork was prepared for me and ready to sign. The jeep was inspected and Andy even had the oil changed for me. I highly recommend this dealer. Andy went above and beyond my expectations !

Excellent overall experience

I bought a 2004 Chevy Tahoe that is in Excellent condition and was exactly what I was looking for. It was serviced and inspected before I picked it up and I got it at a very reasonable price. They are very friendly and accommodating and there are no extra fees. I highly recommend this dealership it was a very pleasant experience.

2004 Expedition

Incredible Experience

NEWS FLASH!! - You "CAN" find an honest car dealer in New York! Andy at Viking Auto Group was terrific to work with after I found the perfect '03 Ford Explorer Sport 4x4 on their cars.com listing. From start to finish Andy went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. You would have a hard time finding a more honest, professional, and genuine owner/salesman. I knew after speaking with him the first time, he was not your typical snakey used car salesman. I'm very picky about my vehicles, but it didn't phase Andy a bit- I felt like I was being treated like family from the start. He had body work done on a small dent he knew I wouldn't be happy with, he arranged for the truck to have new tires put on, and he drove an hour into the city to pick me up at the bus station where we finished up our deal. Thank you again Andy. Your honesty, sense of humor, and willingness to be so helpful were all so refreshing to see. You actually made it a pleasure for me to part with my money! My experience was truly a no hassle, no gimmicks, no hidden fees, no bullsh-t transaction. I am looking forward to the next time my family or I need a used car. Viking Auto Group will definitely get the call.

Nice and Easy

Both Bob and Andy were terrific. The whole process was a good experience and the car was carefully cleaned before we picked it up. Honest guys. I would buy from them again. I drove from Westchester to get this particular car, a 2002 Ford Explorer XLT. Beautiful car.

my experience over the past 13 years and 3 cars

I bought a 1993 blazor from andy at Viking auto aprox 13 yrs ago. paid a great price. had the blazor for 13 years. no problems. when it was time for another vehicle I went back 2013 and bought a 2003 dodge Dakota, beautiful truck. when I had a minor problem the first week I contacted andy at 11pm on a sunday night and he answered me right back.since I was out of town he told me to have it repaired and would reimburse me . sent me a check right away. I also bought a 1988 corvette from Viking auto 12 years ago and I still have it and its still running great. when I first test drove the car I felt a shake in the front end. no questions asked, he sent the car to his mechanic and replaced the front end before I bought it. in this day and age its hard to find a business person you can really trust. I trust andy. 13 years,3 cars, and when im ready for another used car, there is no where else I would even consider. of course it will probably be awhile because of the quality of used cars that he sells, they last a very long time. I recommend him to everyone and anyone looking for a good used car.

Great Experience and Service

Recently bought a 2004 escalade here. Called in advance, and spoke with Andy, one of the owners, who ensured his business partener/ owner would be there to show me the car. Arrived there, and was greeted with the keys, and a no-pressure situation, as this was one of the only dealers which allowed you to look over the car without them standing right next to you. Ended up purchasing the car, complete with a carfax, and left a deposit. Car was cleaned when I picked it up a few days later. After a few days, the check engine light came on, and I spoke with Andy about it. He referred me to a great repair shop, and paid to have any issues fixed. Great experience.
