they tried to get me to pay for the rims that the vehicle had on them (aftermarket) and they said they were 1,400 rims, upon researching I discovered they were far less which is why they probably never called me back with the information for the rims they tried charging me for

Worst dealership - stay away
After asking salesman several questions we drove over 3 hours to look at a SUV. Salesman claimed vehicle was in good condition with a little wear due to being a 2007. My 2003 is in much better condition. He had 2 day notice I was coming yet the vehicle was FILTHY. Outside needed washing, buffing, wheels detailed. There were several rust bubbles and scratches. There was obvious body work, fenders didn't fit properly and paint didn't match. Interior was disgusting. Leather needed cleaning, carpets needed washing/spot removal. When we opened the back hatch the headliner was detached and drooping. I specifically asked about smoke and odors, the salesman said there weren't any. It stunk of car freshener so we couldn't tell if it had been smoked in. Did not even get in the car. Salesman contradicted himself with statements on the phone and in person. Dealer asking full retail for a vehicle they didn't even bother to get ready for sale. Gave them a 1star because don't know if review would show with no stars.

Friendly bunch
There are a few minor things wrong but they agreed to make it right. They worked hard at meeting my price range. It was nice to sit down and talk with everyone, including the owner.

Misleading,Poor communication skills
I stopped by inquired about the challenger i did a contract and was told to bring in a certain down payment when i came with the down payment they switched cars and told me to look for something different after refusing to accept anything they pretty much ignored me like i was not there.I was treated wrong and i did everything they asked me to do they could have told me this before i came out there Ryan u need better communication skills.

Great service...bought from Elite twice!
Great service and salesman...very helpful staff. Drove from Chicago to buy my Tahoe. The car was just as described and worth the trip! Two years later, I needed a bigger truck with a third row and went back to Elite. They bought back my Tahoe and I purchased a Yukon XL from them. Definitely worth the trip from Chicago to get what I wanted. I'd buy from them again.

Awesome Experience at Elite Car Sales
I would like to thank Ryan (financial manager for Elite Car Sales) for his professionalism and friendly service. I just purchased a 2007 Cadillac Escalade from Elite. I have been searching for over a year for the right vehicle. Ryan made himself available from day one. I also had a discrepancy on my credit report. Not only did Ryan explain what the issue was, he also gave me excellent advice on how to get the issue resolved. Elite Car Sales should never let Ryan go. Actually, he deserves a raise. I would also like to comment on how nice and down to earth Mr. Underwood (the owner) was. Most people in his position would not give a customer the time of day. Trust me I?ve seen it. I assume Elite Car Sales is doing a lot of renovating and Mr. Underwood was actually outside assisting the workers. He stopped what he was doing and came inside so I could speak with him. Again, most would just tell the customer (me) to come back, call back or send an email. We are talking about the boss! Please continue to do the great job you are doing. Your website is put together very well. The pictures of the vehicles are great. I knew exactly what I was buying up front. I will always recommend Elite Car Sales to all of my friends.

elite car response is a joke
The response from Elite Cars to unhappy customer...is a joke. Nowhere is the fact that there is a deceptive practice of changing the negotiated price...or removing items to lower the value of a vehicle - like the tires and wheels. STAY AWAY until the dealer really addresses the issue...instead of inviting you to his new/improved dealership...obviously with the same deceptive practices!!!

Avoid this dealership
I dealt with this dealership over the phone and in person. First impression over the phone was great. The sales manager was very responsive. I made the trip to the view the car I that was interested in. I drove over two hours to look at the vehicle. When I arrived they did not have the keys for me to test drive. At that point we negotiated a price and I was willing to come back the next day. When I arrived the next day to test drive the car I was informed that the tires and rims on the vehicle would not come with the car the price we negotiated. I will permanently avoid this dilapidated dealership.
