Found the SUV we were looking for online. Drove over to Lawrence to check it out after having just left a large dealership in K.C. where we had to jump through hoop after hoop to just test drive a car. Jim greeted us, grabbed the key and sent us off for a test drive. Super easy process, awesome pricing, great customer service. We'll never shop a large dealer again.

I don't even know where to start with my review for this vehicle but I am incredibly happy that we came to The Selection. Luke Dell was incredible to work with. I had been helping my mother-in-law with looking for a van. We had spent many hours in other dealerships looking, test driving, negotiating, and scheduling. Needless to say there are a couple larger dealerships in town that we will never step foot in again because of poor unprofessional service. We found a 2106 Odyssey Elite and took it for a completely no stress, no pressure test drive which was exactly what was needed. After test driving everything worked out so smoothly that the transaction was seamless. I wasn't even buying the vehicle but Lukes professional service, understanding the customer, and upfront no frills and thrills sales process won me over as a future customer. My mother in law was so happy after this process she to said she would not go anywhere else in Lawrence for a her shopping needs!

My fiancee and I had a great experience at Selection Auto! Luke and Brandon gave us plenty of time to test drive our car, and they took the time to thoroughly address all of the questions/concerns we had. Very low pressure, their friendliness even extended past the sale when we wanted to change our warranty and have a dent in our windshield sealed. Just bought a great little truck here from Luke, he's laid back, no high pressure... just answers your questions, and finds out for you anything he doesn't know right away. Haven't had this quick and easy of a vehicle purchase in years. None of that pushing numbers across the desk nonsense. He even set up some post-purchase additions to be put on it next week.
