Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. We asked a lot of questions and received honest answers. Due to my work schedule, I could not test drive the vehicle until Saturday, when the windchill was way below zero. We were met by a smile and the vehicle was ready upon arrival. Paperwork was explained along with the next steps in the purchasing journey: what to expect from the bank, when documents would arrive, what to do if we experienced issues, etc.
