Hi-Way Auto Sales

I sent a msg about an Equinox they have listed. Someone from the dealership did message me back within a half hour. I had asked two questions which did not get answered when they replied. I was asked to call a specific person and then given the name & number to call.

I test drove a vehicle here today. I left work early abd drove from out of town over an hour. it took quite a while for someone to even notice I was there and help me, but I finally got the keys and was actually impressed with the vehicle, other than the broken A/C. I returned to the lot after about 15 minutes, and nodded at the salesman in the office who was on the phone. He nodded back, and watched me put the keys on the counter and stand and wait for a few minutes while he continued his call. I then sat down in the lobby to wait for him to finish, hoping to discuss the purchase of the vehicle. I waited about 10 minutes or so, and after realizing more and more that he was not even on a business call, I just left. He clearly did not feel like selling me a car, so I decided to go elsewhere, perhaps someplace that would actually acknowledge my existence, for starters.

We had a trade in car and were interested in a vehicle they had on their lot that would better fit our family. After a short and reasonable discussion, we were offered a fair market value price on our trade in to put towards the new vehicle that the misses liked very much. After a short test drive , there seemed to be a check engine code that wouldn't go away without further inspection. Chris and Trevor worked together to get us taken care of. Unfortunately, the first attempt to fix the issue proved more than we both bargained for. I brought the vehicle back to them, and since this was a pre-existing condition, they stated that they would get this fixed 100% before they felt comfortable giving it back.... Welp, second time is the charm and they were able to get this issue fixed with ease. Trevor and Chris are both very trustworthy guys. We felt well taken care of and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a used vehicle at a reasonable price.!!!

A great experience. Family owned and operated and people of integrity. Believers and promoters of the Lord Jesus Christ. I came to look at a certain car and they had it ready for me in the warm garage. Trevor answered all our questions and was informative and respectful of our concerns. They had it ready Togo for me the next day, with everything done that they said they would do. I bought it and drove it home clean and licensed! Very nice experience.

This place is so overpriced! We have looked at a few cars here and our bank wouldn’t even finance the car because they were so overpriced! They had absolutely no interest in negotiating at all. We also wanted to trade in our vehicle and the quoted us 3000 under the trade in value! I’m so thankful we didn’t go here. We found somewhere else and got a great trade in and a great price on our car!

They sell junk. They do not service cars when they get them. Bought suv and already put $1000 into it after 2 months of having it. I will never buy from there again!!!

This place is crap!!! Over paid on a Buick lacrosse super! Very pretty car, but the suspension was shot ($1,600 to fix) the brakes needed replacing. The back wheel bearings were shot. And I paid asking price!! Smh. They couldn't even throw in a key fob... Not to mention they did not get plates to me on time. It took them over a month to file a title transfer!!!

Beware they sell crashed repaired vehicles...They lied about a clean car fax... Poor repair and not to be trusted.. I am stuck with a vehicle that I don't feel safe in..

I worked with Josh, and he was not your typical salesman. He was attentive, down to earth, and made the purchase of my vehicle a pleasure. We traveled some distance to visit this dealer and I would recommend it to anyone! Thanks again!

They were very helpful and friendly. The manager had great communication and was flexible with time for me to get there from Minneapolis. The vehicle was reasonably priced for the quality. I would definitely send my friends and family here.
