I purchased a used 2024 Yukon Denali.

I purchased a used 2024 Yukon Denali. My sales person was Dee Davis. She was very kind and easy to deal with. She answered all my questions. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. It was a pleasure doing business with her and the dealership.

I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator.

I purchased a new Lincoln Aviator. The salesman was great. However I was disappointed in the detailing of the car when I picked it up. And to realize no one saw the dent in the car before selling to me.

Alex is awesome!

Alex is awesome! Not only did he fix my Corsair but my car was sparkling clean inside and out. He and his maintenance crew are the best!

My overall experience at Dave Sinclair Lincoln has been amazing. My sales rep Dee-Davis. She did such an amazing job with the whole process. Great communication. The entire staff at Dave Sinclair Lincoln SC made my son's first "on his own" purchase pleasant and seamless. No high pressure tactics, no bum-rush, great car at a good price. Cindy and Blake were patient and understanding when explaining concepts to my son, and made the first-time buying process seamless. When we had an issue with insurance paperwork the day after the sale (OUR fault!), Megan, Cindy, Tom and the rest of the crew couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND would give them six stars if I could.

Getting the run around

I keep getting quick fixes to my car issues. I have to return to service over and over to get the issue resolved. The service dept is rude and does not try to help in the moment. Would rather schedule another appointment and put me ?off? once again.

2022 Lincoln Aviator

My experience was great! My sales rep was direct and accurate. No BS, no games. After finally getting the car I ordered, I had a minor issue and my sales rep. (Terry Bommarito) took care of immediately! Highly recommend.

Great Service!

I purchased my 2010 Lincoln Navigator L in Chicago IL and brought it to Dave Sinclair to have it checked out and purchase an extended warranty. Their computers were down for maintenance at the moment and I was going to have to come back (which was not an option for me). The Service Warranty rep. Came out to my vehicle took pictures of my mileage (which was less than 100k at that point) and assured me all was well. Well it was better than that because by the time he got back to his desk the system was back up and running, problem solved warranty acquired. A few months later my load leveling sensors went out for my rear end (Lincoln does not produce them any more) my service tech Alex found a set of high quality aftermarket sensors and made the repair. This was the second time that The Dave Sinclair Service Team went above and beyond to repair my vehicle (they previously had a hard time finding my drivers side mirror that would no longer fold automatically). While they may be understaffed (pandemic related) and parts are slow in coming they won't make you an appointment without having your parts or an expected delivery date and they are extremely courteous.
