I keep getting quick fixes to my car issues. I have to return to service over and over to get the issue resolved. The service dept is rude and does not try to help in the moment. Would rather schedule another appointment and put me ?off? once again.

2022 Lincoln Aviator
My experience was great! My sales rep was direct and accurate. No BS, no games. After finally getting the car I ordered, I had a minor issue and my sales rep. (Terry Bommarito) took care of immediately! Highly recommend.

I purchased my 2010 Lincoln Navigator L in Chicago IL and brought it to Dave Sinclair to have it checked out and purchase an extended warranty. Their computers were down for maintenance at the moment and I was going to have to come back (which was not an option for me). The Service Warranty rep. Came out to my vehicle took pictures of my mileage (which was less than 100k at that point) and assured me all was well. Well it was better than that because by the time he got back to his desk the system was back up and running, problem solved warranty acquired. A few months later my load leveling sensors went out for my rear end (Lincoln does not produce them any more) my service tech Alex found a set of high quality aftermarket sensors and made the repair. This was the second time that The Dave Sinclair Service Team went above and beyond to repair my vehicle (they previously had a hard time finding my drivers side mirror that would no longer fold automatically). While they may be understaffed (pandemic related) and parts are slow in coming they won't make you an appointment without having your parts or an expected delivery date and they are extremely courteous.

Great purchase experience - loved every minute
Have done business with the Sinclair Group for many years and they are by far the best in the business. James, Megan, and Terry made the process of the purchase of my wife's vehicle during a very troubling time for us very easy - they truly went above and beyond and I can't recommend them enough as they're great people. 2022 Nautilus
I received the best deal I?ve ever gotten and have been trading since 1972. They were kind efficient very reasonable and the salesman had everything ready to talk about when we arrived. We were very happy with everything about the trad and new car deal and especially the new Nautilus.

Getting Jeep road ready
My jeep had trouble shifting for the first 2 years I've had it. Sent my jeep to get travel ready(oil change, brake check, fluids), and it came back to me with NO SHIFTING PROBLEM. Incredibly happy with my service!!

Excellent Service Department
Matt and Alex in the service department were both very helpful and informative. They were both friendly and professional. I have no complaints about the service department.
