Justin Jones was awesome at his job.

Justin Jones was awesome at his job. Helped get the most for our trade in. Only issue was the person in charge of trade in value really low balled us. The only reason for the five stars, was because of Justin Jones. Darrel the loan officer was awesome as well. Answered every question we had on our loan. Everyone was so friendly. Just don't expect much out of your trade in.

On May 7, 2025, I came into the dealership for my lease

On May 7, 2025, I came into the dealership for my lease buyout. I was charged for Paint & Fabric Protection, something I explicitly stated I did not want, but was still added to the Purchase Agreement without my knowledge. The service was never performed on my car. Now I'm being told that the Protection was added during inspection, it was not! The car was just being inspected as part of the end of the lease deal. There is no evidence of the treatment being applied on the Exterior or Interior of the car. I was adamant about not wanting or needing the Protection. In addition I did not have the opportunity to carefully review and understand the Purchase Agreement with a Financial Adviser before signing. Some documents required an electronic signature. I never received a copy of the signed documents until I asked for them and then were e-mailed to me, that's when I noticed the charge. This error has increased my finance amount by $1695.00, which in return, increased my payment. To makes things worse no one has responded to my emails.

Jim Shorkey North Huntington Has been the Dealership that

Jim Shorkey North Huntington Has been the Dealership that I’ve used for the last 3 vehicles that I’ve had and I have to say that they are a very good dealership. Te people that work there from Service to Parts to Finance to the Sales Team are all very professional, courteous and helpful . This will probably be the only dealership that I use from here on out.

Jim Shorkey North Huntington Has been the Dealership that I’ve used for the last 3 vehicles that I’ve had and I have to say that they are a very good dealership. A pleasant experience.

A pleasant experience. My sales person Thom Betz... a top notch employee this dealership has. Very hassle free negotiations. We was in and out that day driving home in our newly purchased car. And we felt very comfortable the entire process.
