Made an appointment which was easy. They called day before to remind me. when i showed up knew exactly what I was there for. Done and out of there quick and easy.

In and out in less than an hour. It's nice not to have pressure from the sales person when spending that much money on a vehicle

Lithia service department was able to get me in for an oil change the same day I called. The lady that took my phone call was super nice and helpful and the gentlemen that checked me in was very courteous.

However the sales, finance, parts, And other support members were working together like a fine orchestra. Considering I have in the past run a multimillion dollar service and sales. Jim Harmon and the service department were exceptional. Jim scheduled an appointment for me the next day and at my convenience. When I arrived, he had technicians start work immediately on my vehicle and it was completed in less time than he had estimated. This is the kind of service that I have received every time I have visited the service department.

My scheduled service was quick and efficient from the time I drove in the garage to the tme the work was completed. Service personnel were all kind and courteous.

We were treated well by everyone we came in contact with David the salesman was not pushy but showed us everything about the car we were looking at and answered all our questions. The purchase process after that took longer than we expected. In the end we're very satisfied with the price we paid and the value of the car we bought.
