So far so good

Decided to switch brands to Toyota. The staff was professional and worked through things quickly while processing the paperwork for the trade-in, and getting things set with the new 4-runner. Looking forward to the new car!

LOVE Toyota's

I have purchased 3 Toyota auto's from Jerry McKeen over the last several year. I appreciated Jerry's expertise about each car I purchased, he made the process very easy. He is so knowledgeable about Toyota's, he is the best at what he does.

Excellent follow through and customer service

We had a great experience in working with Terrance Brake, an excellent salesman who went out of his way to look for a car that would fit our needs and follow through with us! The pricing on this car at Lithia Toyota in Billings was enough for us to make a drive from Bozeman to purchase the car. We had looked all over the state and other states to find our car, but in the end, the customer service we experienced and their willingness to work with us on the price won out!

The BEST service department ever!

Robert is our go to guy for all of our service needs. This is our 3rd Prius and always know things are taken care of thoroughly, professionally and for a good value. Chuck is great always ready to provide a ride when the service team will have you car for a while. We have also worked with Jim and Tony in the service depart and they too are exceptional. Love our Prius, and would not trust it with any other folks.

Just the usual great service!

Took my 2005 4Runner in for new shocks, and got the work done quickly and expertly, at a reasonable price. Lithia has good mechanics and good people in the service department, which is why we keep coming back. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced from any dealer.

Best price available in MT for Rav4 XLE

PRICE: After speaking to the Toyota dealerships in Helena, Billings, Bozeman, and Missoula, this was the best price I could find on my car (2017 Toyota Rav4 XLE). They came in about $1,000 cheaper than the next closest (Helena). The dealership in Helena initially offered to meet or beat any price, but said they wouldn't be able to beat the price at Lithia in Billings. They even called me back to ask if I'd gone to the dealership & dealt with a "bait and switch" because they couldn't believe the dealership would honor the price I'd been quoted. SERVICE: I dealt with two different sales people (Dana & Britney), one for the offer/negotiation and the other for the financing/purchase. As I stated above, I spoke to several different dealerships & their sales departments. The dealerships in Billings & Helena both seemed more willing to discuss prices & options with me, and all of their employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful. When I was at the dealership purchasing the vehicle, they did everything possible to make the process go quickly. They knew that I had a 3 hour drive to get home & had the car pulled into the sales bay and some of the paperwork ready to go. Britney was extremely helpful going through features & answering questions about the car. I would highly recommend purchasing from here. Price was a consideration for me, and none of the other dealerships were willing to even match Lithia's price. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions. Hopefully I don't have to buy another car for a while, but when the time comes they will be my first stop!

could be better

with the elimination of the express lube, this dealership has taken a step backwards on the customer service side of doing business. buying a vehicle is the worst experience in the world, so having a great service dept. to serve you after the experience is very important to buying. when we buy lifetime oil changes knowing we can bring it in when our busy lives allow us to means a lot.

Great service, great people

I feel lucky to be a Toyota owner every time I get it serviced or parts replaced. This time I was there to have new speakers installed and I had the best of people working on my vehicle. From the great and kind employees I talked to on the phone to the nice woman outside of the service center who did some of my paperwork and lastly to inside the shop, it was all wonderful! I've had great luck at any Toyota dealership and service at any location in MT but while I live in Billings, this Toyota and its employees will be the people I trust the most.
