Ashley was a tremendous help.

Ashley was a tremendous help. She stayed in contact with me through the whole process. They followed my wishes and did everything they could to get me in the car I wanted and needed. I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and it’s

I have purchased a lot of cars over the years and it’s not something I enjoy. But l can honestly say that my salesperson Phyllis was very thorough and attentive and made the process a whole lot easier for me. She was even able to help me get closer to a price that l was comfortable with. I will definitely refer anyone I know in the market for a car to call Phyllis.

I have my kia looked at a few weeks ago.

I have my kia looked at a few weeks ago. Southern kia informed my husband it had a bad strut. It would be covered under warranty, so we had them replace it. My kia was still having issues. We took it to another shop for a second opinion. That shop found two other parts that have been broken, and during their inspection, found that the strut did not have a plate over it. Meaning whoever replaced the strut left parts out. My husband went back to ask them to fix their mistake. He was immediately told no. Southern kia told my husband they are still fighting to have the start covered and all that paperwork. They will not replace the strut under warranty because the plate is not bad. But the strut plate is missing because their tech never put all the parts on my car when the strut was originally put in BY Southern kia. This place is a joke. I will NEVER go back here. I will never purchase another kia. Dealing with anyone associated with kia, is nothing but stressful in my opinion.

Do yourselves a favor.

Do yourselves a favor...if you need any repairs done or a state inspection, take your car to Rummel's Automotive off of Centerville Turnpike. I will no longer take my car in for the FREE State Inspections they offer to customers who purchase a vehicle from them. Southern quoted me over $15,000 and failed my State Inspection. I took the list of recommendations and reasons for a failed inspection to Rummel's and they found nothing wrong, except my front tires being a little worn (which they said don't need to be replaced just yet.) Dealerships will try to tell you they have stricter guidelines they have to follow, but any reputable repair shop will tell you that's xx, they have the same guidelines as everyone else. Rummel's stays busy; it took me 2 weeks to get my vehicle in, but I'll take a failed inspection sticker for 2 weeks and a $20 fee for an inspection over $15,000 in repairs that I don't need. If you're looking for an honest, trustworthy mechanic...Rummel's is your place!
