Service center is shady and will falsify your

Service center is shady and will falsify your maintenance I’ve been coming here for a year to get my older Hyundai serviced. I’ve serviced my car with other Hyundai dealerships and this place has the laziest technicians I have ever encountered. They will NEVER do a multipoint inspection not as thorough as other dealers. Case in point, they have NEVER checked my battery. When I asked the service advisors, they said that you would have to explicitly tell them to check the battery. If that is amount of attention to detail they put, then you already know they don’t give a f*** about your car. Eventually my car battery died in the middle of nowhere and I had to scramble to get jump started. That situation would have avoided if they just check the battery like normal dealerships. I don’t know if it’s the service advisors or technicians not doing their jobs. In the year that I had been getting serviced here, they NEVER TOPPED my fluids. Coolant and wiper fluid were almost empty a year after I started getting serviced here. When I came in recently, I explicitly told the technician to top of my fluids, which I was assured they will. When I came back to get my car after it was done, I popped open the hood and lo and behold, my fluids were still low. That just shows you how they can say one thing and actually not do it. I wonder how many of the oil changes they actually did in the course of the year. This is dealership is just so blatantly deplorable.

5 star, first class service, and I wasn't even buying a Lamborghini. Leo, Dean and Chris were personable and genuinely expressed care and addressed all of my concerns. I walked away confident and super excited with my new purchase. Leo was knowledgeable and shared insightful, useful expert opinion that helped me make a decision today. Dean you are a gentleman. I admire the support you display towards your team and customer alike. A true Ace. Chris you handled the paper shuffle with speed and grace, perfectly seamless. Thank you for your professionalism. It was great to feel like a person and not a number. I didn't feel pressure in any way, instead it was great to be given options. All in all thumbs way up! Ryan was great, he ran rough numbers with no pressure on 3 different cars for us and then when we returned after talking worked to get us where we wanted to, stayed 3 plus hours after he was supposed to be off and followed me home in order to have the wife sign as she was not feeling good and didn't go back with me. Would do business with Ryan agian in a heartbeat

Took my daughter shopping for a car yesterday and had a fantastic experience at Temecula Hyundai. First off they have a big selection of new cars which was great to see. We were greeted by Phelib Tawfik and he was fantastic...the best of the best. I have 4 daughters and have purchased many cars over the past 30 years...nobody knows their cars more than Phelib and has ever provided the level of service that he did. He took time to understand our needs and matched us with a perfect Sonata for my daughter. He is very personable and not pushy whatsoever...just overall a perfect experience. The management at Temecula Hyundai is also top notch. Dean Sarwan went above and beyond to work with my daughter on the pricing of the car and found her an even better rate than our credit union offered us. They also worked with us to give us as much as possible on her trade in. They were polite, had a great sense of humor, understanding of our needs and just made the overall buying experience seamless and easy. Alex Fathi is the Sales Manager and he made sure to find us every possible rebate possible. Then we met with Chris Ramirez in finance. Another fantastic experience and made sure we understood everything that we were offered and helped us get a Hyundai service plan that will enable my daughter to have 10 years of scheduled maintenance included! He made the typical tedious experience in finance so easy!! I have purchased from this dealership 5 years ago in the past and we did not have the same experience as now. You can't go wrong at this dealership today....make sure you ask for Phelib...he is a college student who is awesome at what he does and so knowledgeable. Thank you Temecula Hyundai for a great experience....and the new Sonatas with all the features are super impressive!

The customer service is top notch here! The environment is lively and all the employees are attentive and pleasant, even if they are not directly working with you. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Dean and Moe! Smoothest transaction we’ve had in the Temecula area of car dealerships! We purchased and gently used Palisade and they treated us like royalty! This is not your usual slimy car salesman dealer, these are professionals that put people first, then money! I will be buying from them again and will absolutely send all my friends and family to Dean and Moe specifically. Thank you for outstanding service!
