Salesman Thomas Yarrington was kind patient and respectful. He explained the features and was overall very positive thus made the experience positive... . I was uncomfortable with the loan manager he was abrupt and rude. he seemed annoyed at every question I asked. I most likely will return to green Nissan because they have always been “straight” with me BUT if I have to deal with that finance manager again I will walk out the door. I don’t even know his name, it was not offered nor did he introduce himself but I do recall he had business card in a holder on his desk stating he was a “3rd” maybe his grandfather and father made him insensitive and inconsiderate. He did not seem to understand the concept that the loan is a five year commitment and that some people take that commitment very seriously! I wanted to make sure that there’s nothing in the fine print and that i understand it fully and if that annoys him then he needs to find another position. He pushed the warrantees on a two-year-old car and pushed it repeatedly !! he seemed to get more abrupt every time I turned it down which almost made me leave. The experience was not all negative and again I want to say Kudos to my salesman he was great and I was happy to work with him!!!!! but the finance person left me feeling negatively . Not sure if he was upset he had to work late or he hates his job but this experience will cause me to hesitate to deal with that aspect of green again
Jordan was excellent at his job. He took time to explain all the features on the car and was very professional. The finance manager was very polite and... knows his job. All of the staff were helpful and kind.
My experience with Green Nissan was terrific! I went looking for a new vehicle and I was greeted by a Thomas who was great at assisting me with all that... I needed in doing so! Thomas not only helped me with getting the car that I was looking for but he helped my mother as well! Both me and my mothers experience were well worth it and we would continue to go back and recommend anyone to go there! The customer service was great and we really were made to feel at home! Was very displeased overall with this dealership. Our salesman was fine (he was new and you could tell the dealership did not provide training to this... person) but, the dealership was not friendly. I witnessed the “manager” completely ignore our salesman when he asked a question—he literally walked around him and ignored him. He (the “manager” was apparently too busy to run to McDonalds to get his kid (I assume) food as the kid sat and watched cartoons in the lobby for the 3 hours we were there. The only employee that went above and beyond was the service guy—he busted his butt to clean the car we purchased. The finance person was not very warm. He was very quick with us but, apparently there were 100 people in front of us in line because it took 2 hours to see him. We had actually visited several of the other dealerships in this “family” of this dealerships earlier that day and they are all very hostile towards each other. If this is the case, then don’t have a website of family stores that shows all inventory at the dealerships in your “family.” My parents actually had issues with this family of dealerships in the early 2000’s....and I was hesitant to return to them but, I thought for sure 20 year had passed (and they have a large portion of the market in the area that I live) and I should try them out again. Alas, I feel nothing has changed. Guess I will continue to drive the extra hour across the border to St. Louis.
The process of leasing my new car (Nissan Rogue Sport) with Green Nissan was a breeze as usual; this is probably my 3rd or 4th lease with them. All of... those who help make this possible, Duane Anderson, Russell Dearing, and Randy Cole were great; they were excellent throughout the process, from looking up the lease of my Altima, to signing all that paperwork, to making me feel comfortable with the features of my car were superb .... a team effort. Nice and friendly and easy to work with. Tom (salesman) was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The dealership was clean. I would buy another vehicle... from the dealership.
