Purchased a used car. It had issues before and after purchase, but the owner stepped up and sent car to his mechanic. I recommend their mechanic, CJP... Auto Repair in Thousand Oaks - Justin and Chris. They thoroughly addressed my car issues and communicated their findings quickly. All were addressed and they assured me my purchase was a good one. Regan Motors, Troy, Antonio and Jimmy made a bad situation better. They paid the $170 in needed repairs and now I feel better. I would recommend them to others, but always be proactive in your purchase. Check everything in the car- lights, A/C, locks, seatbelts, brakes, wipers...before you buy.

What a smooth transaction, I couldn't have been happier. I called about an SUV I was looking at on cars.com, and I spoke to Troy. He cut right to the chase... and had me get pre-approved on their site, which I did. He called me back in the time frame promised, and said they could do the financing in-house, on the short terms I was looking for... Great! Mind you, the SUV we bought is 17 years old(with low mileage for its age), and of course it has some issues, do I expect them to fix the issues? No. I don't care how nice and modern a near 20 year old vehicle looks, it is still a near 20 year old vehicle! Negotiate fixing that stuff into your deal, after that, you ARE on your own. I was looking into an SUV here. It turned into one hell of a disappointment. First I get to this place and NO ONE is there. The door is unlocked, but no... staff are there. After about 15min of waiting for someone who doesn't work there, but is a friend of the people that run the place, helps us out. This Transitions into a 20min wait looking for the keys to the car I was trying to look at. The key is nowhere to be found. I will state that one more time. They did not have keys to a car on their lot. After that 20min point, someone that works that got in and looked around himself. Still could not find the keys. He calls everyone and it turns out someone had taken the keys off-site. It would be a 20min wait more before we would be able to see the keys. Its late at this point. I will not be able to bring it to a shop for inspection. This is a USED car. You need to run an inspection before buying. I tell them "look it's late. We will return not next day but the day after to take a look at this car." They were cool with that. Now we get to that day after, the day I am writing this review. They sold the car from under me. Do not go to this place to buy a car. If my experience says anything. They are unprofessional and will only waste your time.
This is my second purchase from Regan in the last 4 years. The best service I've ever experienced. The first was a Jeep Cherokee for myself that is going... on 228,000 miles and now a car for my wife. Thanks again guys!!!

I bought a 2005 Chrysler seebring from the get go something was wrong with the car. The cluster was burned out so I had no lights inside at night . My... car overheated I didn't know it until the alarm with off due to not being able to see the temperature gages. Mr Regan did say he would work with me in getting it fix, but before I could get this done the car was back in the shop again. I couldn't drive down the street without the car over heating and a knocking noise. My mechanic informed the motor is going out and not to drive it. I have sent numerous emails to Mr Regan to see if we could come up with a solution that both of us would be happy with. He has never contacted me back. I just want this resolved so I have a car . My mechanic will back me up on this. My mechanic will write a letter if needed
Came all the way from Anaheim to purchase the silver ls400 they had for sale. Made the purchase because I went in and knew exactly what I wanted. The salesman... Richard, if I'm not mistaken, told me he would email me the spare key once the check from the bank was processed. It's been over 6 months since that purchase was made and I still have not received my spare key. I also had a major issue with the woman who dealt with customer service in regards to the registration process. She was by far the most rude customer service rep I have ever dealt with in my life, almost unbelievable. Buyer beware! Regan knew problems with electrical. The key faub wouldn't work. Security issue! Claims would help find someone but didn't. Regan knew... problems with brakes, alignment, tires. Knew problems with paint. I purchased during rain storms. Females bring someone who knows cars .
