Toyota Camry 2015 Here at Universal Auto Galley

I've searched for 1.5 month and I found my Toyota here at Universal. Mo helped me with the financing and made the process a breeze. I really appreciate they way they do business, not your typical NY dealer. No Games. I look forward to bringing my family back to Mo and the Universal Team. 2013 Toyota Avalon, only place to buy in brooklyn!

After searching for a cars for 2 months I finally found my beautiful toyota with Universal Auto Gallery. Dealing with Mo and Fadel was fantastic, they made the whole buying process easy for me. Thank you and I'll bring my family and friends buy too.

Great Dealer

I saw an ad for a 2006 530i back in Februrary. Call the dealer and spoke to Emilio about the car. i told him i would be coming from up state NY and would need to negotiate a price before I drove all the way down there we agreed on a price so I rented a trailer and drove down.The car was everything he said it was so I purchased it.They washed it and help me put it on the trailer and even threw in a set of factory floor mats in. The car is still running strong drove it to Florida in April without a hitch. I would definitely buy another car from Universal auto gallery

Horrible service

Very disappointed with their customer service. They disrespected me through the phone, requested a type of loan term that had nothing to do with what was asked for, gave me no options whatsoever. Tried to be polite and was refused service and the will to sit and go through my options. Was simply disregarded. NO regard for customer's interests.

Wow what a wonderful experience!

My boyfriend and I purchased a Range Rover from Universal Auto Gallery. Thanks to the dealer Emilio he help us in every way possible to purchase what we want. He is friendly, honest and kept a positive attitude. I recommend this dealership to everyone. You will not be disappointed! We will be back!

Great people, great deals, great dealership

The Southwest Brooklyn small dealership is a true gem. The cars are phenomenally priced and in excellent condition. Emilio is a great guy, honest and friendly and cares about his customers. This is the third car I buy at Universal Auto Gallery and I have always left a happy customer. I have recommended this dealership to friends, family and co-workers.

Wonderful Experience

Indeed a wonderful experience. They delivered what they promised. it was a pleasure dealing with the sales crew. I have bought many cars in my life but this purchase was my first BMW and it was pleasant - no hassles, very accommodating and very polite treatment. One salesman was extremely knowledgeable with the gadgets/accessories the car came with and went over them one by one. I have traveled over 30 miles to pick up this car - the price was good and it was well worth it. I would surely recommend them to my friends.

The Best Dealership

I bought a 2006 530 XI BMW from Universal Auto Gallery. Excellent overall experience. Very friendly and professional. I've never experienced such an easy time of buying a car as I had at Universal Auto Gallery... Emilio the sales man was a true professional and knew exactly how to handle the situation. Overall this was a painless experience [actually very pleasant] and they have definitely won a new customer. These guys should be examples for other dealerships to replicate in service/sales. Great Job!

Excellent Experience

Hi my name is Dionne myself and my husband purchase a Honda pilot from Universal auto gallery today and i would like to say they were very kind,excude patience and took time with us.They dealer explain every thing to us word for word without being impatient if you have any problem with your credit they are and very willing to help you. and i would recommend them to anyone because my experience with the dealer ship is one of professional. Universal auto gallery is located at 151-25 street Brooklyn n.y 11232. And Emilio was the person in which i had dealt with and i'm happy to say my over all experience was very good.
