I spoke with Mark who said someone was already scheduled to come look at the vehicle before I could get there but would call me back after they'd left. True to his word, Mark did call, and the vehicle was still there. He let me place a very reasonable deposit to hold the truck until I could go look at it and even told me his impressions of the vehicle including any issues he saw without me even asking. Michael and Mark Vance are part of a long term family operation within Woodbury that appear to be built on sound honesty, advice, and knowledge in the used vehicle business. Michael worked with us in the purchase of a truck and stayed very late in allowing us to both purchase the truck and work with a lender in order to close our deal. It appeared to us that they work hard to find and bring in a quality HD truck with low mileage to fit our needs.
