    Unethical, willing to lie to you and when I confronted the sales manager he got irate and threatened to quit his job and take me out to the parking lot... to kick my xxx. Please go anywhere else.

    Every time I thought about buying my first car I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. As well as the headache of being pushed around and... not being worked with to fit your needs. Not the case with Anthony or the other people at Luxury motor sports. Spoked with Anthony on Sunday over the phone where he started the whole headacheless process. Going in the fallowing day I wasn't there all day like you are at most dealers. Was a quick headacheless process that took about 2 hrs from test drive through finance. I would highly recommend Luxury to anyone on the market for a new car purchase. Thanks again Luxury!

    This place is terrible! Originally when I bought my truck they took it in to make fixes to the brake system. I was happy about that and left them good... reviews at that time. Then my reduced engine power light came on and the truck was overheating. They took it back to fix the cooling system and they told me that was the reason for the reduced engine power light. They attempted to fix the cooling system 3 times and each time the same day or day after it broke again or wasnt repaired correctly. Eventually they had to send it to another shop where it finally got fixed. Upon getting the truck back the reduced engine power light came back on even though the cooling system was working and repaired properly. So, they lied about that and didnt even check it when it was there. I bought this on the 15th of January and have driven it on 6 days for 103 miles. The remaining time and miles it has been at their shop and all miles are from test drives. This most recent time I got tired of dealing with this Id10ts so I took it to another shop to fix the issue. There was no oil cooling pump even on the truck which was needed for a diesel vehicle. I found out that part is $2300 and the dealership said that it is my problem now because they invested 2k already, its past the 15 day lemon law and they wont help because they're mad I left them a bad review. I also have to get 1800 for new tires since when they were fixing the brakes they locked the truck up and dragged it on the tow truck. This caused flat spots on the tires and separation. Their service shop is a joke that cant fix things or just dont want to, their warranty is useless and not the warranty I was told I purchased, the vehicle was sold for 2k more than listed and that part is my fault because I didnt check the contract well before signing but it's a dishonest practice. They have told me oh well, deal with it now. I would have removed my bad reviews but they want to now act like petulant children so I filed a complaint with the BBB and state AG. I am working on getting a lawyer now to see what I can do moving forward apart from the steps already taken. Their service shop is garbage, sales are garbage. They buy lemon vehicles from auction, make cosmetic fixes and dont report anything to carfax so it wont be seen. Do not trust these xxxx waffles. They will screw you and cost you at least another 5k most people don't have to get a working vehicle. There are a few nice people there that genuinely try and help but they are overwritten by the management and ownership teams. Basically, there is nothing they can do and you will get screwed. Stay far away from this place. Most people dont have the time or money to fight this crap and they know it. I am one of those but I will take a personal loan for a lawyer or whatever else is needed to fight these people. They scam so many and i don't want any other person to have to deal with them or get screwed by them. They are incompetent and rude. The service manager will talk to you like an idiot on the phone and when you confront him to his face. Crickets. The owners wont talk to people but use their employees to communicate messages. They get butt hurt over a bad review and dont know how to take responsibility for their own issues and mistakes. Stuff happens, I understand that. If stuff happens and they fix it then awesome. They would get nothing but praise from me. However, they just try to quick fix everything and then blame you when you get upset at their idiocy. Well, let's see what the AG can do. Let's see what they say if anyhing on the BBB complaint and let's see what a few of my friends who are attorneys can do. Bottom line. Stay far, far away from this place. They are scammers, dishonest, rude and incompetent. Dont waste your time, money or give yourself unnecessarily grief and headaches.

    My husband and I went to see a 2019 Kia Soul advertised on Edmunds, Cars.com and their personal website for $5669. Yes, it was probably too good to be... true but wanted to inquire for our growing family. The website did say coming soon but Edmunds stated it was 3 days on the lot so we took out chance at opening. We were then introduced to Tony who had no idea where the vehicle was and took our printed advertisement to look up the stock number. He too was impressed at the vehicle's price and stated it was currently being transported to the dealership and would arrive later in the day. The vehicle not being there was not an issue, we could've come back or Tony stated he could bring it to us for a test drive. We did ask what the final price would be and Tony gave a rough estimate that we could work with or negotiate. He pointed to the owner (who walked by us no discussion) and said he is great with working with clients. We gave our information to Tony for updates. 10 hrs later we called Tony to see if the vehicle arrived or still on the way and were informed that the vehicle was not suppose to be on the websites. The owner bought the vehicle for his daughter and that's why the price was so low. Hours later we look at the dealership's website and found the same vehicle/VIN priced at $14,989. Complete dishonesty from this place! We understand mistakes happen and they should've been honest about this rather than make a lie about the owner's daughter. We were planning to pay cash for the vehicle but even if the price went up we could've worked out a deal or financed. Tony stated he didn't lie to us in another review........IN THIS CASE TONY YES YOU DID!!!!

    FALSE ADVERTISING AND DISHONEST! My wife and I saw a 2019 Kia Soul advertised online for $5669.00 . We drove from the west valley and talked to the salesman... Tony , he couldn't find the vehicle at first then told us it was on a transport truck and would arrive today on 08/19/2019. We called Tony at 6:30 pm and he then told us that the vehicle was never supposed to be online and that the owner bought the vehicle for his daughter. I checked the dealership website after that and saw the same exact vehicle with the same stock number and VIN number now advertised for $14989.00. If the vehicle was for the owners daughter why is it still on the website at a higher price? Why couldn't anyone just admit they made a mistake and not blatantly lie! DECENCY,HONESTY and INTEGRITY is something that this dealership lacks. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this shady used car lot! Luxury Motorsports and the "con man" Tony are the reason many people distrust car salesmen.

    Jaime, you should always call and check on the availability on a vehicle prior to "showing up". We did not LIE to her. Or try a bait and switch, or ...a sales gimmick with Jaime. We use syndication software for our pricing and sometimes errors do occur. This vehicle shows as "coming soon". How is a 2019 KIA SOUL with 2000 miles be for sale for $5669.00. As per disclaimer on our website. Please verify availability, equipment, and pricing. We understand customer's frustration but at no means have we intended to be dishonest or did we treat customer disrespectful, or any bad intentions on behalf of the dealership. SORRY JAIME....When something appears to be too good to be true....it's either a mistake, or yes something is wrong with car or something shady is behind it. NOT IN THIS CASE.

    We've been in twice and have been working with Doug and Steve. They operate a nice dealership and have from what I can tell, only top of the line quality... luxury cars. There is an occasional typical used car pitch but not an annoying used car salesman tactic. Easy to talk with and negotiate and explain cleary how they come up with their numbers. I haven't bought there yet but I walked off 2 other lots because Luxury Motor set the bar and the others in S. Scottsdale were not even close. When I am fully ready to buy, this will always be our starting and hopefully ending point for a used luxury car!
