A purchase that was just a smoke show from the get go. The vehicle purchased through this dealership has had to go into a shop to get parts replaced due... to a lack of service and check from this dealer. Upon going on the test drive everything seemed fine, the car seemed to run fine and the exhaust was a little louder than expected, which later to find out was probably set up the way it was for a reason. Anyways the salesman AND the manager had assure that the car was mechanically sound and everything was good, that their service team had just done a full inspection, BS, and that the car should not have any troubles, slapped a few stickers on there that said that it was checked off from their service team as a "passed inspection" and pulled up the carfax to keep insisting the car was mechanically sound. Not even 24 hours later as I am driving the vehicle (mind you it hasn't even been 15 miles from the lot to where I was staying) and the service engine light turns on, took it to a shop to get it looked at and that's basically when they broke down what needed to be done. Looks like there was a gap in the exhaust which made it louder (7 small washers to give it a throatier sound to what I assume was COVER UP the sound of the clicking transmission). Once the washers were removed and the gap was closed up the people who inspected the car said I was going to need a new clutch, new slave and master cylinders and have it all replaced. I contacted the manager and they said that it was nothing they could do, that because someone else looked at it that now their mechanics cant touch it, that it was my problem now NOT EVEN 24 HOURS LATER, NOT EVEN 12 HOURS LATER! How are you going to say the vehicle was inspected and checked off by your mechanics and then all these problems start coming up less than 24 hours later and THEN after I bring it up you say you cant do anything, that it is my issue now??? So now Im out whatever the vehicle was AND what the repairs will be, not cheap I will tell you that much. These guys scammed me and wont own up to the issue THEY said wasn't there to begin with which they sure did know but did some cheap tricks to cover it up in hopes i or whoever purchased it wouldn't notice. I would NEVER EVER recommend this dealer to anyone I know or that ask me about them. Truly unethical and bad business practice, I honestly cant believe they allowed for this and wont own up let alone fix the issue, beyond terrible dealer that I wish I could give negative stars for what they did and wouldn't own up to let alone fix the issue THEY marked off as serviced and checked for issues through their "inspection".
Please save yourself the time and headache by not going to get your car fixed here. Our experience was that they either did not perform the service they... quote or we have to bring the car back multiple times to fix the original issue. My wife has brought her Jeep to Luxury Motorsports for service three times now. The first time they didn’t fix the problem, so my wife had to bring back her Jeep for a second time. Both times she was charged. The third time she was quoted a price for service. Upon picking up her car they did not perform all service as was quoted to her at that price. The General Sales Manager Steve called my wife and offered her to bring the car back and have the service that was not completed done at no charge. However, with 2 out of 3 service visits ending up with additional charges we decided to not bring her car in for any more service and asked for any type of refund on the third service performed. Steve indignantly informed me that they cannot offer any refund. Not even a partial refund. Further, Steve then threatened me by asking for my name and number so that he can report me to the Better Business Bureau and have a moderator talk to me.
Every time I thought about buying my first car I thought it was going to be a long drawn out process. As well as the headache of being pushed around and... not being worked with to fit your needs. Not the case with Anthony or the other people at Luxury motor sports. Spoked with Anthony on Sunday over the phone where he started the whole headacheless process. Going in the fallowing day I wasn't there all day like you are at most dealers. Was a quick headacheless process that took about 2 hrs from test drive through finance. I would highly recommend Luxury to anyone on the market for a new car purchase. Thanks again Luxury!

Purchased my vehicle here in 2014, and taking it to be serviced has been a nightmare. High turnover, very little communication, and overpriced. I recently... went and received a quote for my 64k mi maintenance for over $750. I responded saying that the price was too high, and I would have to just pick up my vehicle. Elizabeth asked what I had to work with, and I told her about $400. She responded by telling me she could do the work for $450. When I went to pickup my vehicle, she informed me that they only did the work that absolutely had to be done and did not complete the rest - I still need an alignment and new gas cap. She NEVER mentioned this prior to me picking up the vehicle, instead assuring me that I could have the work done for $450. She also gave me the wrong key and couldn't find mine because no one had taken the time to label it - I had to point it out myself. This company has violated my trust and I will NOT be going back. Do not get your car serviced here.
My wife and I had a two week truck purchasing ordeal that was horrific. We spent two weeks bouncing between dealerships, making offers, signing for vehicles... and they fell through either because the truck didn't clear safety inspection or because a dealership sold a truck out form under us. We were sick of the games. I stoped by Luxury on my way to look at some other trucks because I saw what I was looking for in their lot. After a few hours because I was trading in both a SUV and a motorcycle the deal was done. It was a better deal than I had at other dealerships, and a lower interest rate too. Everyone was nice and it didn't feel sleazy like many other dealerships we visited. Trent and Ken were easy to talk to and explained all of our options well. We have a couple little issues to fix but the main one is under original factory warranty, and the others are easy fixes that I am confident will be fixed. Regardless of other reviews, I suggest you give them a look. As they stated, its never a bad idea to have a mechanic check out a used car you are considering buying, but that goes for any dealership and any used car. This is a real review from a real buyer and we are completely satisfied with how our purchase went.

Researched a beautiful Shelby GT500, walked in and bought it after my test drive. Customer Service was top notch. No hassle, up front honesty and definitely... referring friends and family. Pricing is reasonable and I couldn't be happier driving around in my muscle car.
Great group of guys helped me get the right car. I will use them again. Tate was knowledgeable and patient.
