I didn't have a pleasant experience at Boch Honda West

I didn't have a pleasant experience at Boch Honda West and may not think of purchasing there again and would not recommend others as well. Went to test drive and purchase a new CRV. Was given a used CRV to test drive stating they all drive the same but I really liked it. The new one was LX and had dealership installed leather seats which I didn't like, so I went with the used one and it was EXL and certified. I was not shared the specs and Carfax of that car. Was reminded of my Culture when I negotiated. Was forced to finance with them even though I was ready to pay upfront, stating Honda's losses last couple of years. My credit was unnecessarily hard hit 4 times that day. They tried other banks before coming to Honda finance. I was given a horrible rate even after having a good credit and paying more than half the money down. Later found the car actually had accident history which they had not shared even when I had asked for the specs and papers. I felt deceived, mislead and cheated. The Salesperson went to the extent of letting me know my culture, but my question is "Is it in Boch Honda's culture to hide information from buyers and deceive them?"

Super Satisfied customer

I went into Boch after wrecking my vehicle and needing a new one. Mo the sales manager sat with me and went over the vehicles they had in stock, I told him what I was looking for and he found me an SUV that perfectly fit what I described to him! My salesperson, Sanvi, was super nice and knowledgeable... they did all the RMV stuff and I was able to pick up my new-to-me SUV on FRIDAY!!! Super Happy!!!

Lack of respect

One of the worst dealership I have seen in my life. Forget about business, these guys don't even respect their customer. I had 2 bad experiences with them. 1st I was offered a quote for trade in which was half of KBB/True Car value. Upon questioning, their sales person was rude and said KBB/True Car don't sale cars, we do. 2nd was while servicing my car. While booking my service appointment, I was quoted lower amount for service and when I went to pickup my car after service, they billed me almost 2 times of what I was quoted. They don't care to listen to your feedback. Guys stop advertising that you care about your customer so much. Detailed feedback was already provided to kschimke@boch.com and your vice president Christopher Dagesse with no response. I guess you are asking me to call back now because this is public review.

Great Dealership!

Who knew car buying could be so easy? David Belanger was so great to work with. We had a lease and he made sure we traded it in for top dollar towards a new car. He was communicative throughout the whole process and we couldn't be happier. Katie Collins has been so great for the two cars we have purchased, too. She is a gem! James Hudson was a fantastic finance person and made the process seamless.

JUST WOW

My experience buying my new car was out of this world. As soon as I inquired, I received a call from Katie Collins who took the time to educate me on the process (ya know women get taken advantage of when buying cars alone!). She was able to make an appointment for me to come in the same day! When I got there everyone was super friendly and welcoming and the used car manager Chico even offered to buy my previous car back at a very generous rate. By the time they were handing me my keys I had also met the GM, Kevin, who was super helpful and kind. The entire team created such an amazing experience I will never go anywhere else again.

Very bad customer service.The people there have no...

Very bad customer service. The people there have no reality and not friendly at all. I drove 40 miles to see a car after I waited a week until it finished from maintenance and they call me and said the car is ready for show, I went there and they started collected information about me.. after that the guy said let me bring the car.. when he came back guess what? The car is not ready yet????? I tried to call a manager to explain the situation, they transferred me to an answering machine where no body even bother to retune your call. those people are plying games just to bring customer there, but no real cars to show. Keep away from this dealer.

Absolutely the best buying experience ever, THANKS Hamid. Hamid, went above and beyond what I was expecting while working on the final details of the purchase and sales contract, for a new Honda Pilot. He listened to what my long term goals were and adjust the contract accordingly. Katie Collins: Honest, with no additional costs! Reggie (Sales) a pleasure to work with Mike P. (Sales Manager) Great personality, made buying experience enjoyable!

The most pleasant buying experience I ever had buying a...

The most pleasant buying experience I ever had buying a car. Matt was superb. We were offered a fair price of the vehicle we were looking for (given the crazy market of 2021). Every other dealer was asking for two grand higher. Our trade in was also spot on. There was literally no haggling because the prices they offered were exactly what they should be.
