It was a very pleasant experience.
It was a very pleasant experience. They did not try to pressure me into buying a car which would have not helped anyone. They did seem to be very motivated to try to sell me the car I had checked out by negotiating a deal I thought was pretty fair after the initial one or two offerings.

Dear General Manager Kevin, I have had dis-satisfaction
Dear General Manager Kevin, I have had dis-satisfaction experience with your service department for my ex-Honda Accord and decided not doing business with you guys. Bust last October when we shopped our 3rd Accord, we decided to give you guys another chance. Luckily, we met our Sales Person and your Service Manager, Michael Pacheco. We had excellent and comfortable experience with these two nice gentlemen. So we bought our 3rd Accord. Today, I went back for my first service appointment of our new car, but was declined by your Service Department again for the reasoning of not 6 month nor 5000 mile yet. However, according to my memory collection, I understood its free services for the first year. I believe this is unfair. So I went to see Mike, your Sales Manager. He immediately brought your service person, Nick to discussed the situation. According to Nick Honda only pays once oil change for the first year. His explanation further apart from my expectation of at least two oil change services for the year. With Mike’s help, I finally got my oil change. With my busy schedule today is only chance to get done. I sincerely appreciate Mike’s help. I just want to call your attention that Mike is your most valuable employee!! Without him, I doubt I’d so business with you guys again!! Thank you four time! Honda loyal customer Mikey Yang

we were there for 8 hours.
we were there for 8 hours. No reason for this. all of the other ppl came and left after purchases. I guess 2 women get the short end of the stick. wait wait wait. and my daughter got to come back for her trade in the next day as well. Unreal. If you count up the hours involved they owe us 3 days of work pay. My kid paid the fees for reg etc and she still had to go to the dept of motor vehicles after having a trade-in!!! There were no outstanding anythings on her vehicle or insurance. Nothing. It just was not done properly after 8 hours of bargaining. Insane and stupid.

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2025 Honda Civic from Nucar, after a few mishaps and misunderstandings with the online team Dave Belanger and the Manager stepped in to make everything right. From that point on it was a great experience and I highly recommend working with Dave for a 5 star experience!

Honestly I regret getting my car I put down 20k for this
Honestly I regret getting my car I put down 20k for this car and brakes are making noise for them to tell me is fine second time I came a girl told me that when get a new car the brakes going to make sound yeah okay. I didn’t want argue with her I left the dealer ship they didn’t at least to temp to check my car I literally drove 50 min to do dealer ship for them not tell me nothing at this point I wanna return my car get my money back the business here not good at all.

David Belanger was caring and attentive to me.
David Belanger was caring and attentive to me. I was surprised that he found the right type of car for me very quickly and listened to all of my requests and parameters. The price was better than what I found online elsewhere. He was also especially helpful when my plans changed. I needed a shuttle to the dealership after deciding to sell my car, and David was very flexible about my days of coming in changing. Originally I was waiting on a financial situation and he let me put a deposit on my car and was very patient. David was able to help me when there were other customers there also.

Just leased a 2024 CRV, and traded in my 2021 lease. The service and experience was exceptional, thanks to David Belanger. He was a pleasure to work with. He worked with urgency, was courteous and professional, and went above and beyond for me in getting my trade-in's windshield crack fixed by a third party. Truly exceptional service. I will work with David again when my lease ends in 3 years.
