**Mixed Experience at Mercedes of North

**Mixed Experience at Mercedes of North Orlando** I purchased a vehicle, and while there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience fell short of the luxury you'd expect from a Mercedes dealership. First, the positives: Josh, my sales representative, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand my needs. Similarly, Bianca, who works in the service drive, was incredibly helpful and professional. Both of them are assets to the dealership and made certain aspects of the process smoother. However, the overall experience lacked the premium feel one would expect when buying a Mercedes. The vehicles I looked at were unwashed and not presented in a way that reflected the brand's luxury standards—it honestly felt more like I was shopping for a Honda than a Mercedes. Additionally, I witnessed a disturbing incident where the manager was openly bad-mouthing an employee. That level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and tarnishes the reputation of the dealership. If it weren’t for the excellent service from Josh and Bianca, my experience would have been even more negative. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve how they treat both their vehicles and their staff, to better reflect the Mercedes brand.

We had a tough time purchasing a car from this

We had a tough time purchasing a car from this dealership. If not for frank,we would have walked away. No matter how harsh our communication with him was ,he always had a smile on and took his time to explain why there was a delay in the processing of documents. His professionalism and work ethics are top notch. He deserves an accolade

Jordan took the time and I never felt rushed or pressured. Anyone looking for a Mercedes Benz needs to go to MB North Orlando. I had a great service team there on my previous Mercedes when I moved to Florida. Staff and facility is always welcoming. That's why I went there to look for my next car. I got a great deal and many extras I hadn’t even thought of. Loving my new GLC300!

Friendly staff, great customer service! Mr. Fadi Hosn in sales is the best. He is excellent and the reason we keep coming back. He is super polite, listens, understands and will suggest the best options and value without any pressure. Never buyer’s remorse.

There are 2 people who worked with me, Fadi and Jordan,

There are 2 people who worked with me, Fadi and Jordan, while the first one, France, dismissal me with a false promise to work on numbers and call me back. He never did. The sale's manager became short with me I turned down warranty offer

My experience was fantastic!

My experience was fantastic! Frank Aquino was so helpful. We explained what our budget was and he found us a great car. He was so patient and made sure we understood everything we were getting into. There was absolutely no pressure, which made the experience that much better. I highly recommend seeing Frank when you are at this dealership. You will not be disappointed.
