It was very busy in the service department that day. But, Josh was a great listener and kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle during the entire service visit. He and Brian did an awesome job taking care of my car and returning it to me completely fixed and in mint condition. David Persad at Mercedes-Benz North Orlando was amazing! He made us feel that he was on our team and truly wanted to help us through the warranty process. We loved that David was a dedicated Sprinter advisor and that he had so much experience with our van mode. In the end, all repairs were completed and we had a our van back earlier than anticipated. Thank you David and thank you to the entire service team.
