The dealership was very responsive regarding a vehicle

The dealership was very responsive regarding a vehicle that I found on cars.com. In the end, I purchased a different vehicle also found on cars.com, same make and model, just one year newer. If the car that I bought had been at MB of North Orlando, I would have had no hesitation buying from them as they supplied all of the info that I was looking for.

Just purchased a new Mercedes today from MB of North

Just purchased a new Mercedes today from MB of North Orlando. The entire experience from deciding on which model to buy to closing the deal and driving away was outstanding. Our salesman, Roy, could not have been better. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and thoroughly demonstrated how to setup and drive our GLE plugin hybrid. In fact, everyone we met and that participated in the process were friendly, helpful and professional. We highly recommend MB of North Orlando. Signed highly satisfied and happy customers.

Bobby Reynolds is an excellent Mercedes Benz salesman. He’s very knowledgeable, he’s patient, kind and articulate. He explained everything about the car to my daughter, he answered all her questions. We bought the beautiful white Mercedes, Ana is very happy.

**Mixed Experience at Mercedes of North

**Mixed Experience at Mercedes of North Orlando** I purchased a vehicle, and while there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience fell short of the luxury you'd expect from a Mercedes dealership. First, the positives: Josh, my sales representative, was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really took the time to understand my needs. Similarly, Bianca, who works in the service drive, was incredibly helpful and professional. Both of them are assets to the dealership and made certain aspects of the process smoother. However, the overall experience lacked the premium feel one would expect when buying a Mercedes. The vehicles I looked at were unwashed and not presented in a way that reflected the brand's luxury standards—it honestly felt more like I was shopping for a Honda than a Mercedes. Additionally, I witnessed a disturbing incident where the manager was openly bad-mouthing an employee. That level of unprofessionalism is disappointing and tarnishes the reputation of the dealership. If it weren’t for the excellent service from Josh and Bianca, my experience would have been even more negative. I hope the dealership takes steps to improve how they treat both their vehicles and their staff, to better reflect the Mercedes brand.

We had a tough time purchasing a car from this

We had a tough time purchasing a car from this dealership. If not for frank,we would have walked away. No matter how harsh our communication with him was ,he always had a smile on and took his time to explain why there was a delay in the processing of documents. His professionalism and work ethics are top notch. He deserves an accolade
