Mr. Holcomb was very helpful to me while I financed my first vehicle with him. A few days after signing documents and finalizing things I noticed "rotor brushing" noises coming from the front axle. I took it to Omaha Car Car who quoted me around $2200 or so in repairs by replacing all rotors and brakepads. I then called up Mr. Holcomb about this issue and he almost immediately offered to replace them all for free. Mr. Holcomb is a nice person to do business with even for the not very business savvy people that also need cars to get around.

I purchased a used 2005 Toyota Camry from Holcomb's Auto Sales about four months ago. Craig Holcomb was straightforward and super easy to deal with. I knew exactly what I was getting, and I knew he wouldn't sell me anything he wouldn't personally be proud to own. I have recently purchased a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country mini van from Holcombs. It was in excellent condition and only 36,000 miles. I can't say enough about their awesome customer service, the reasonable pricing, and the quality of the used vehicles they sell. A couple days after buying my van I noticed the check engine light and called Holcombs. They had me bring it in for a diagnostic and discovered that one of the cylinders wasn't properly firing. They sent it to their mechanic to have it repaired at their expense. It took a little time to get the part so they gave us a loaner car. After the mechanic replaced the part he gave it a final inspection and discovered that the van was slightly out of alignment. So Holcombs paid for the realignment as well. They just saved us thousands in future repairs by going the extra mile today. I have been in customer service for 30+ years. I reconized how much Holcombs takes great pride in their customer service. They will do everything possible to ensure that the vehicles that you drive off the lot are safe, affordable, and with proper maintenance, would last for years to come. I highly recommend Holcombs to everyone looking for a reliable vehicle and will return for any future purchases.
