We worked around and she was able to get us the best possible deal and we were left satisfied. If you want someone who can communicate directly but still deliver information in a friendly manner- she’s the one! Definitely coming back to her.

I had an appointment at this authorized Volkswagen service center because my 2024 Tiguan disconnected from the MyVolkswagen app. When I arrived on time, the receptionist Justin immediately told me they would not help because it “takes the whole day,” without even checking or diagnosing my car. My vehicle is under warranty, but I received no service and very rude, dismissive treatment. Complete waste of time.
