As usual, bringing both our cars in for recall and routine maintenance, our experience was great. Easy to schedule, and everyone at Luther Alfa Romeo and Fiat know us personally because we've been customers for 12 years. We're treated like royalty, and are confident they do the same for their other customers, too. When I was younger I used to do all the routine maintenance on my own vehicles, but physically I can't anymore, so it's good to know I can trust these folks to do the jobs right. We loved our Fiats, and love our current Alfas, too! I also happen to know that the two people who've bought my previously traded-in Fiat and Alfa Romeo love their cars, too!

We stopped in to talk with Johnny about the Fiat EV. He answered all of our questions and offered so much relevant information that we would have asked later. He and Ben made the process of buying a new car effortless!

Went in for service on my 2018 Stelvio.

Went in for service on my 2018 Stelvio. This review received 2 stars because the staff I spoke to was friendly and did answer questions to the best of their knowledge. My biggest negative is that when I called to schedule the appointment they told me that the cost for an oil change is $150 flat but I got charged just shy of $173. When I brought this up they said “ well the scheduling is done by a call center and idk why they gave you that price” so pretty much it was my problem. $150 is a rip off for oil change then they switched up the price on me for even more. The service guy I talked to was apologetic but seemed and I wasn’t going to throw a fit over $23 bucks because the employees here don’t make the rules. They also said that a vehicle inspection and a car wash was included in this service. Came back and told me that the vehicle was mostly fine and just need to change brakes soon (which I was already aware of). I have a dash cam in the car and when I looked over the footage they never raised my vehicle up higher than a couple feet. I could be wrong but it I would think that you would raise it up enough to get underneath and thoroughly inspect suspension parts, axel/drive shaft parts that are visible. The car wash also came back sub par, lots of grime and dirt still left around the wheels, driver door and window sills. Wheels were also left pretty dirty. They told me it would be hand washed but really seamed like someone just quickly rinsed it the major panels that’s all. If the cost was half of what I payed and not switched on me I would say it was a fair deal and I wouldn’t complain about whether they inspected it well or if they washed the car well. But to pay almost $200 for an oil change that takes 20min to do and doesn’t cost them more than $50 and not get the other things done right is disappointing. Edit/update: I completed a survey that they sent to my e-mail. The day I came in for the oil change we scheduled for a recall on the 25th of September. Because of my survey response Gabby Watters canceled my appointment on the 24th just a day shy. Very unprofessional and doesn’t seem like they like to hear criticism. Gabby is passive aggressive and instead of making their short comings right she decides she will just cancel a recall that was set up 3 weeks ago and say stuff like “we aren’t the right fit for each other” Seems like they didn’t like that I checked my dash cam footage and noticed that the inspection wasn’t done well because. I have included the screenshot of the text in the photos. For the customer relations team responding in this way I believe that my 2 stars should be reduced to 1.

Briggs and Mason were fantastic in helping us purchase a preowned vehicle. They were patient, informative, and honest while we scrutinized as much as we could before making the purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership when considering a car purchase.

Didn't expect to be writing another review so soon. Had some warning lights go off and brought my 500 Abarth in. Turned out to be animal/rodent damage- one of the joys of living in the country.. It was diagnosed quickly and I left knowing the cost to repair.

Five stars isn't near enough for Gabby and her crew- they went above and beyond when my 500 Abarth suffered from a major malfunction helping me negotiate the extended warranty and keeping me updated when I was recovering from major surgery. At 70+ I've dealt with a number of dealership service departments over the years- Gabby and crew are the best around. Been coming here for 10+ years; I won't trust my 500 Abarth's service to anyone else.
