Contacted dealership for actual pictures of the car and
Contacted dealership for actual pictures of the car and the salesperson sent me s video. Not sure what happened but, the video was somehow deleted and I called the salesperson to resend it. I left a message on Saturday afternoon to resend the vidro and received no call back or the video. I called on Monday and found out the salesperson went on vacation and was transferred to another salesperson and he was going turn over to another salesperson that was covering for the salesperson that was on vacation. It has been a week and I still have not heard back. I did hear back mid week from a person that followed up on sales leads and also responded that no one has followed up and have hear back from that person either. I do say that the sales team there is consistent though in very poor follow up.
