Absolutely taken and lied to 1. Said it would absolutely pass inspection. 2.we asked what was wrong with it back window didn't work gas gage was off.and that was all.i took to get inspected 6 months later the frame was so bad it didn't pass.the cost to fix was $2,300. 3# he told me it has a six month inspection that was 3/22/22 I found out it was 8/21 sticker.he was so nice to us .untill I told him about the frame was shot.im 70 yrs old He blame me for the damage frame. He said I will not do nothing to help you. I ask him would you meet me half way. I CAN'T SAY HE'S COMENTS.BUT you told me that was your wife's truck. Fraud all the way.so dangerous it could have been deadly. We paid ed $4,000 for a truck to use 6 months Plus he is the general manager MICK.S

Waaay overpriced,sales staff have an attitude ,if your not willing to pay their overinflated prices they very quickly become smart xxxxx,not worth the hassle.felt judged but could of payed cash for anything they had on stock

Nice people but not all there vehicles are the best quality. Bought a truck a month ago with in days started having trouble. Biggest problem was unseen rust.

It really doesn’t get any worse than this. Purchase a Ford Fusion on April 24th. Check engine light went on within first week. Got codes read Computer and thermostat. The chance of both of those non related components failing within the first week is almost as extremely unlikely. They had to have manually cleared the codes in order to get the vehicle off the lot which is dealer fraud. However it gets much worse. Those issues needed fixed but the car was still able to be driven. Around May 24th the car started having transmission issues. It wouldn’t shift gears. I complained to AK motors and they got snippy with me for being upset with the car having so many issues in such a short period of time. I can post pictures of the emails where they seem incensed. However they agreed to address the issue and assured me they would take care of me I dropped the car off at AK motors. They then took it to ”their” transmission shop where it took 3 weeks to finally be completed. I have the car back for about 3 weeks and then the transmission goes out again. I have made two payments and the transmission has gone out twice. I am batting a 1.000 This is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had. Do not buy from this dealership unless you want to be lied to and sold a hunk of junkI started a Facebook group “AK Motors is a rip-off” to expose these hucksters.

i was in need of a truck for work nothing fancy wow god brought me and my wife to this place a very very nice 08 black chevy truck .micky was great to us .and jim the tech took care of a small concern . and micky made sure i had gas to return home thank you all.

Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the AK guys. Had been looking for a new truck for months and found a couple i liked at their place---huge selection by the way!!--- The manager made it really easy for me to afford the truck I wanted. The entire process took less than an hour,including the usually grueling financing part !! I spent 2 hours+ at other places and didnt even buy anything! If you're in the market ,Id definitely give these guys a shot. Plus they sell ALL the toys and accessories for your truck .

We saw an nice looking 6 speed Jeep Liberty on Cars.com. My son called them at 9:00AM verified it was there. We bought a 2008 Jeep Liberty Sport with a 6 speed manual trans They price ended up hundreds less than advertised. We had no issues, it is very clean, we drove it, they showed us the carfax. Went over everything again and bought it! Drove it 100 miles home without a problem. From what I saw they are very professional, easy to get along with and carry a ton of used vehicles and parts & accessories. I would not hesitate to send a friend!

Wonderful customer service! Kept me updating when I was looking for a car! Best deal I have ever got and the used cars was still in excellent shape!! I definitely would recommend for other people to come here, I would come back myself!

I recently picked up a used Jeep Wrangler from the guys at A/K. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and plan to go back for some off road accessories when I get some more cash saved up. Love the Jeep and appreciate the great deal. Thanks again.
