awesome service the sales people were nice and very

awesome service the sales people were nice and very polite. they have really nice cars on lot no pressure to buy vehicle from them . the vehicle we bought was fully serviced when bought.very clean inside vehicle.we test drove fell in love with our 2012 Hyundai sonata since we have bought it no issues runs like a dream thank you cash for cars

very poor experience.

very poor experience. My car was totalled and I needed it to go to salvage, Cars for cash said I would get $150. That was more than a month ago and the and the car is still on the lot at the collision center. i have been unable to get a straight answer about when the car would be towed and when I would receive payment. total frustration. everyone I have talked with has been polite but universally unhelpful. I am beyond annoyed.

This dealership has potential to be a good smaller scale

This dealership has potential to be a good smaller scale place but the management responsiveness is poor. I wanted to negotiate damages on a vehicle they were selling that should have been repaired based on the vehicle’s description but there was no follow up and they may have a pattern of not doing a reasonable QC on there inventory.

LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

I Drove An Hour From North Raleigh To View A 2004 Toyota Solara SLE Convertible (Grey "Silver"/Black) That Has Been On Their Lot For Over A Month. I Drove It To Nearby Toyota Dealership (Cox In Burlington --- They Were GREAT) For Pre-Buy Inspection. Best 130 Bucks Spent On My Part BY FAR In Quite A While. They Confirmed My Suspicions About It Needing Brakes & Alignment, & There Was A Laundry List Of Problems With It. When I Brought This To Dealer's Attention, He Insulted My Intelligence With A Lowball Reduction Of Price. I Fully Expected To Pay For Tires, Brakes & Alignment On A 2004 Car Myself... But Roughly $1000 In Problems Under The Hood? No Thanks, I'll Gladly Take My Business Elsewhere. To Be Fair, The Ladies/Women Employees/Receptionists(?) Were Pleasant & Nice Enough. The Inside Of The Trailer Was Clean, There Are Plastic Partitions Up To Help With CV19. The Parking Lot Was Rife With Potholes... Thus The Need For Alignment? FYI--- The CarFax 9/8/21 "Vehicle Serviced" Visit Refers To My Pre-Buy Visit To Cox Toyota. NO SERVICE WAS DONE. Caveat Emptor! (You've Been Warned)
