Don't Buy from Jay's Auto

This small dealership is under new ownership, and he is running this company into the ground. Members of our family have purchased serval vehicles from the previous owner and one from this clown. After our experience on the way he conducts his business and unprofessionalism we will never return to Jay's and recommend others don't either.

New owners, same experience

New ownership is ruining the business. Car salesman are pushy yet they have no inventory. They should focus on the mechanic and give up selling cars.

Ford pickup

The owner Jay has NO customer service skills at all. And the sales associates are Rude. If there's an issue oh well it's a used vehicle. I was told the truck I purchased was detailed. Straight out lie! There was soda cans and a sticky residue all over the bed liner. Jay's answer is well it's a used vehicle. I can't understand how they're still in business treating customers that way. I'll Never buy a vehicle there again. BUYER BEWARE!!

Very clean vehicles

Very clean vehicles compared to others I looked at. So fare very happy with my Honda. Very transparent dealer everything up front the way it should be.

Service was awesome ! Great customer service ! Returned my call immediately any time i had a question Thank You !Would always recommend them to anyone ...there waiting room and service area are clean and you dont have to sit in a old runned down stinky chair while waiting for your vehicle to be done like some shops that are just money hungry filty places.

Great service and fair pricing for parts and labor

They did a great job on the install of struts, shocks, rear center control arm and high pressure power steering hose. Really fair prices for parts and labor!!!!!

Great service!

Great place to go! Cars were super clean and they really were interested in finding the car that I loved and was in my budget! Wasn’t pushed or rushed at all into making a decision!

Easy going staff

At Jays they where not pushy was looking for a car for my daughter and they had a great selection. Would highly recommend. A must see place.

Mixed review

I bought a 2010 Subaru Forester. Super clean when I bought it. Was happy until it started to have mechanical issues. They put an inspection sticker on it, it had warped rotors, which they replaced. Now I am having issues with the car again, I have only owned the car for a month and I am already sinking big money into it.

We are sorry for any problems that you may have had. As you already no the concerns you had we did take care of for you. One was the brakes where pulsating and they did pass inspection but even though they did we replaced them for you at NO Charge also one of the complaints was the head gasket was seeping and we also took care of that for you under warranty again NO Charge and when we did the head gasket we recommended to you to have us do the timing belt wile we where in there and we said we would do that at our cost of $283.00 for the parts no charge for labor because it was already apart for the head gasket and you said NO so other than taking care of things for you ASAP and not charging you anything I'm not shore what else we could have done. You haven't spent any big $ like you say the only thing it did was cost you is time and I am sorry for that. If you buy brand new or used vehicles do break all we can do is try and help and that's what we did. So again sorry if you where not happy with the way things where taken care of. Ty Jay
