I purchased a car from Carrahan Motor in February of 2024, my sell person was Lee he was very helpful on somethings but not explaining the warranty and why it was placed on this car, now the car has been towed out in an accident and I find out that the extended warranty is no longer in affect become of the mileage which he didn't tell me about. I did ask him questions about everything. Long story short the car the warranty was financial through Capital One and they will not refund me the rest of the money that was not used on the extended warranty that feel that was not covered or used. This dealership will coverup things that should be explain to consumers

We had a huge miscommunication when I purchased the vehicle it seems. Regardless expectations have been met post-purchase. My faith in small independent dealers has been restored.

If you are an out of town buyer, don't waste your time!! They ran my credit (I have great credit) and they still would not call me back and did not send me the information I asked for. They sold the car out from under me. Very poor service!!

My wife and I took our daughter over to purchase a car. It was great experience working with Jim. We will be back.

This dealership should not be in business. The bmw i financed with them less than a year ago is now being parted out and i only got to drive it 4 or 5 weeks before the drive shaft falls out and ruins the transmission and transfer case so i pay using credit to repair all of that then the engine blows. the warranty company they use is just as bad if not worse. I have never been treated this badly and will keep letting as many people know about this as possible. DO NOT TRUST THEIR LIES!!!! If you want to be deeply in debt with no car that runs.....these are the guys that can give you that and more....just give them a chance. if you like to deal with someone that has a major attitude then ask for the owner's daughter.
