If ya hate your money, go here!

I WISH THERE WAS A NEGITIVE 100 STARS! I hate writing negative reviews. But, this place has literally made our lives a living xxxx. Unless you are a mechanic or have a ton of money to throw away to fix your used car, don't go to this used car lot. GM Sean Pleasant is extremely unprofessional & unconcerned with the company’s reputation but most of all the safety of the public and their consumers.We purchased a 2013 Ford Transit Connect back in 2019 to start our own business. We found this online at Behlmann's Connection located at 4740 N Service Rd, St. Peters, MO 63376. As most consumers do, we accepted to be upside down in a loan when purchasing this used vehicle. We also purchased the extended warranty since it was a used vehicle. Immediately we had electrical issues, we took it in & they said they fixed it. Then again like 5 more times, each with more electrical issues. Each time they claim to fix it. However during the visit in July ’21, they kept our vehicle forever without any communication. They did not offer us a loaner vehicle. We called many times, left tons of messages. No one called us back! It was so bad that we emailed Sean Pleasant, GM. He seemed to get things done & loaned us a car, 5 days too late. They claimed the issue was fixed (again). Pfffttt, while driving late at night, all the electrical inside the van went nuts flickering and making a loud consistent clicking sound. We even made a video. We sent the video to the GM via email w/ history of the vehicles issues, how much their van has inconvenienced our daily lives & most of all our safety. This time, the GM was extremely rude, unconcerned, and extremely unprofessional. He even went as far as to go out of his way to be as rude as possible, even going as far as to say he cannot provide us a loaner car and we must pay $150 again. He was not at all concerned that they sold us a LEMON! Every time we take the van back we have to pay another $150 for the same issues they REFUSE to fix or accept responsibility for. He said because we drove too many miles they will not buy it back. Made us feel like this is all our fault & it’s our problem to fix. The service guy was nice enough, just not knowledgeable enough to find the issue & fix it! They refused to send it to a real dealership to be properly diagnosed. The warranty we purchased states we “HAVE” to take it to the dealer of purchase, unless more than 50 miles away. This last time, they made repairs not covered in the deductible w/out our permission then said “We cannot find anything wrong so we cannot fix it.” We said “We sent you a video showing you the issue & you’re telling us that there is nothing wrong?” Sent an email to the GM asking what's the next step since his service department cannot find the issue to fix it so we can be safe." The GM said, “Take it somewhere else.” Uhhhh, bro the warranty your company sold us said we can’t." He doesn’t even know his own products!?!?!? Plus, they keep stealing our deductible for the same xxxx issue every time we are forced to take it back to them. At least he is good for something, teaching consumers how truly screwed they are. You should totally give dude a raise. Now, the issue is even more dangerous & we are out of the warranty mileage. The van is now, again while in the middle of driving late at night, shutting down all the inside and outside electrical. He pulled over and tried to take the key out of the ignition and the f’ing van kept running! Seriously what kind of possessed xxxx is that! Yeah, we have zero rights to be fully compensated for their mistake of selling us a lemon & refusing to fix it! Now, completely screwed, we have to trade in the van with a bunch of negative equity….. all because this company sold us a LEMON! So, if you hate your money, time, sanity and patience… then go to Behlmann's Connection located at 4740 N Service Rd, St. Peters, MO 63376. They will love to steal your livelihood away from you too, if ya let em!

Good Experience. Recommend.

I had a good experience while purchasing my 2013 GMC Yukon XL. We got a great deal and a good loan package. If you're in the market for a used car, give Mike Kaufman a call. He was a pleasure to work with and obviously enjoys his job. Just one suggestion - the customer lobby could use a popcorn machine. :-) This seems to be a popular addition to a lot of other dealerships.

Best Buying experience EVER!

I've never taken the time to write a review on a car buying experience, but I HAD to after going to Andrew with Behlmann's Carnection in St. Peters, MO . Most satisfying car buying experience that I have ever had. I've never felt as at ease as I felt buying a car from Andrew. He was very patient, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Better yet, I was not there ALL day. Everyone else at the dealership was extremely pleasant as well. I just can't say how much I loved this experience, and would recommend them to anyone. Because I live in Illinois, it was about an hour drive for me but I would happily do it again. Thank you Andrew for being so wonderful to work with.

great customer service

Everything about our experience was great. AL was a great salesman who helped us find the car we were looking for and the buying process was really fast and easy. The best part about the whole experience was we noticed some a huge dent in the back door that we didn't see prior to purchasing it. So I went back a couple days later to see if there was anything they could do for me. They repaired and repainted it no questions asked. That my friend is great customer service and how you get a customer for life. I will be back no doubt

Me and both of my parents have bought our cars from here. Everyone is so helpful and nice. They listened to what we wanted and showed us many options to help us decide what was best. When we decided they gave us great deals on all cars. Definitely recommend going here they really want to help you out!

Great Service!

absolutely love behlmann carnection! I walked in unsure of what i wanted & they found me a vehicle that i love & that fits my needs, a GMC Terrain! The paperwork process was completely stress free & went by so fast! I love how helpful & kind the staff is! I used Scott Dyer as my salesman and he was wonderful! I definitely recommend them

Behlmann Carnection

We had a great shopping experience with Behlmann's. They helped us find the vehicle we wanted and we drove it home same day! No high pressure sales. This is the second vehicle we have purchased there and will go back.

NO CANCELLATION!

Test drove a car on a Friday afternoon. Wrote them a check for the full amount. Financial guy said they wouldn?t cash my check until Monday and I would get the title in 10 days. Sale doesn?t officially take place until the title is transferred. I brought the car home and drove it that Friday evening. It?s a sporty car and has limited vision. I found out it was almost impossible to see out the back at night. Also, since it?s a two door, the doors are large and it?s difficult to get in and out of in a tight parking spot. I called Carnection first thing Saturday morning. I told them I was unhappy with the car and wanted to bring the car back and cancel the deal. It was less than 24 hours and I felt like it was a long test drive. I thought I could just bring the car back and get my check and that would be it. The salesman basically told me he couldn?t do that but would talk to the manager and call me back. They are open until 7:00 pm on Saturday and I waited all day for them to call. No call, they didn?t have the courtesy to call me. I called them again first thing Monday morning and they said they wouldn?t take the car back and cancel the deal like I wanted. I think they should have a reasonable return policy.
