Thrilled with Behlmann's Carnection
I shopped around a lot for a gently used car. Drove several cars at a number of dealers in the St. Charles area. Then I stopped in at Behlmann's Carnection. I was greeted by salesman Doug Johnson. He was a delight. Wasn't pushy, just very nice and informative. We talked about several cars on the lot. Then I spotted a red Honda CRV. Doug took me on a test ride and told me everything about the car. I was crazy about the car but didn't have a lot of time to deal with it as my mother was in the hospital and I had very little time to deal with the buying process. Doug understood and made arrangements to hold the car until I could get back to get a deposit down. Then he got the paperwork going and held it until I had time to get back and finalize everything. He really helped me through a difficult time and made the process easy for me. The car is wonderful. I have already recommended the dealership and Doug to friends and family when they're in the market for a car.

Great experience, great salesman
After visiting what seemed like every dealership in the St. Louis area, my wife and I found the best fit for us at Behlmann. Being in the sales profession, I can be critical of how salesman deal with their potential clientele. Doug Johnson, our salesman, did an incredible job from follow up to follow through. Doug listened to our needs and concerns and provided the perfect vehicle. I would recommend Doug and Behlmann to any potential car buyers looking to be dealt with honestly and with professionalism.

VERY PROFESSIONAL STAFF AND FAIRLY PRICED
This was a great car buying experience. I have done my service here from day one and find their prices to be lower than the other places I've checked. Not only would I recommend Carnection, I have to many other people who've had similar experiences.

A truly impressive buying experience!
After spending entirely too much time this year shopping for cars, I recently made a purchase from Scott (Sales) and worked with Taylor(Finance). At no time did I feel like I was getting the run around or being pushed into a deal (good or bad). The manager (or GM, not sure...) came over to discuss price, which did drop more than I expected and less than I wanted, but did not seem to be playing the used car game. All in all, I felt I was being dealt with in an upfront and honest manner. That said, it was the customer service from Scott that left me feeling more than a little impressed. When his job was done and the sale was made, he lived up to a commitment he made verbally, and oversaw the process to make sure it was done right. In addition, he went above and beyond by making some valuable suggestions and recommendations when he had no other incentive than doing the right thing on both sides of the sale. Since I tend to look at very high reviews with a grain of salt and assume someone wrote them either from the store or a friend of theirs, I will say that I am not connected to Behlman in any way shape or form. I had a good experience, and wanted to share it with others and say thank you to Scott.

i would like to apologize to behlmann carnection i jumped the gun and started wrighting bad comments that i shouldnt have until i waited for them to call back. theey helped me with my first problem and took care of the secnd issue to help me out and i grately appreciate it thank you carnection and sorry again for the bad review

Reaction of my review
I want to apologize for my review I posted!! Out of frustration I let my emotions get the best of me. Yes, I did have a issue with my vehicle I puchased but instead of listening to what the GM would do for me I flew off the handle! They are not only paying for my vehicle repairs but have put me in a rental car!! I am very pleased with the outcome of the issue I had! I would recommend this company, even after I lost my compsure out of frustration they were still very curtious and professional! I want to again apologize and say thank you!!

worse experience of my life
purchased car month ago has broke down twice the entire experience was bad from start to finish wasnt allowed to choose cars were just given list with certain cars that we were allowed to look at new my soft spot for a certain car and finally after almost leaving was shown this car had problems with financing even though our incomes are over five thousand a month and have another car loan that is paid off in few months purchased warranty that doesnt cover whats been broke they are now telling us we have to pay eleven hundred dollars for repairs now i havent even got title back its broke down twice gm will not speak to us all others hang up on us tell us to wait till salesman comes in which he is always off this was suppose to be a fun experience i work hard and have waited for a long time for the right time to for my family to get car i have cried myself to sleep night after night thinking what did i get myself into with this car lot i would not send anybody to behlmann i have bought many cars in my life and have never been treated like this when you spend twenty five thousand dollars customer service should be exceptional

Behlmann
Behlmann was great for me! I had no credit and was 19 when I got my car and they took me serious and the fiance guy (Taylor) didn't stop trying to find some one to fiance me with no credit and no co signer they where still able to get me in a newer vehicle. My sales person was great (Brad) I went in a he never once tried to push a car on me like most sales men would but he did see every single option I had to get me a new car also he always anwered when I would call to ask a question and during the buying process had me a loaner car to and the GM himself seen thru the whole buying process to make sure they got me the best deal ! Now since I have bought my car the service department has been awesome! The manager is Steve and has always gotten the best price for service for me, and has always gotten my car fixed extremely quick they have never had my car longer then a few hours and have also came and picked my car up from my work when I wasn't able to bring it to them! I have to say this was the best car lot I have ever walked into super kind and have always helped! Thank you so much!

Poor customer service
Would not tell anyone to go here to buy a car, my daughter is getting the runaround & can not get he manager to talk to us when we went up there r/t her title, she didn't get some of the paperwork from her sale. After I looked into it I found on the Attorney Generals web site that it is a void sale if no title exchanged at the time of the sale. This dealership is not a good practice dealership and poor customer service is tops with them , & I also noted a comment about the manager Always calls the customer back if there is a concern... No I don't think that is correct since I did call & never received a call back, May I also say the Finance person (Taylor).. Has poor customer service skills also as he hangs up on customers who have concerns!
