This is an unfortunate and disheartening story. We had no choice but to inform the bank to freeze and cancel a $40K check made out to Napleton Clermont due to significant discrepancies with the 2023 Tesla Model Y we purchased. The car, which had 5,400 miles on it, was originally priced at $42K and later reduced, yet it still didn’t align with the $38K price listed on TrueCar.com. Upon receiving the vehicle, we were shocked by its poor condition. It was extremely dirty, far from what we had expected. Adam Alsughair, the salesman we dealt with, misrepresented the car’s condition when we signed the contract. It hadn’t been cleaned, the battery wasn’t fully charged, and the tire pressure—supposed to be at 42 PSI—was well below that on all tires. Additionally, the tires had not been rotated since the car had reached 5,000 miles, a fact the car’s computer system on the Tesla monitor clearly confirmed. In the end, we returned and dumped the 2023 Tesla Model Y to Napleton Clermont, handed it back with both key cards, and walked away with peace of mind. They never contacted us afterward, seemingly left to swallow their pride. Let this story serve as a warning to all buyers: always check TrueCar.com for accurate pricing, and never sign a contract until you’ve meticulously inspected the vehicle for any issues.

I bought a brand new Dodge Ram 1500 from Napleton in Clermont FL. I've had nothing but problems with their service department. IF you can actually talk to someone and actually get any answers or a appointment consider yourself lucky! I've called 4 times today to get a pretty costly repair done, twice I was told I'd get a call back. I never did. Once call I was told :they're all standing out front, that's why they're not answering the phones " the final time I was on hold for what seemed like 30 minutes. I have never had a good experience with Napleton. I would rather drive 50 miles to another dealer.

I wanted to buy a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon on
I wanted to buy a 2024 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon on 7/04/2024 in the Anvil color. Jennifer Wheeler was the salesperson I dealt with. I drove the Gladiator and immediately loved it. I had my own financing through my credit union I have 34 years with. The check was with me and I was ready to buy. I was told by Jennifer that the dealership doesn’t accept outside financing. I was confused. The finance person Jayse also came to Jennifer’s desk to reiterate that the dealership absolutely refuses to accept outside financing. I was floored. They actually let me walk out and leave without selling me the Gladiator I was ready to buy. All they kept asking me was “what’s the rate”. My credit union offered me 7.59% and apparently they felt none of their finance companies they use could beat that rate. I find it ridiculous that this dealership obviously gets kick-backs from a handful of finance companies and those are the ONLY ones they use to sell cars. If you walk in with a check to purchase a brand new vehicle and it’s from an outside finance company that they do not receive kick-backs on, they will refuse to sell you a vehicle!!! The more hilarious part of this story with Napleton Clermont is that the very next day, as I was sitting in Deland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram purchasing a Gladiator, Napleton Clermont sent me several texts begging me to return and asking if I’ve purchased yet. I can’t wait to drive my new Anvil Gladiator Rubicon to Napleton Clermont so they can see for themselves they made a HUGE mistake. I notice the Anvil Gladiator Rubicon I was going to buy is still there. 😆 I’m curious if the owner knows they lost a sale because they “don’t accept checks from outside finance companies”? Why would they ask for me to return to the dealership so we could make a deal? I’d never purchase another vehicle from Napleton Clermont now. You lost my business.

TERRIBLE Customer Service, if you’re calling out of state they will not get back to you for days. When they finally do give you a total price it’s racked up with $6,000 worth of fees. Online listing prices are to gain interest only. False advertising.

My pick up truck is more than 30 days away from a warranty repair and the mechanic simply crashed it in traffic while testing my car. The dealership didn't care about me, they simply turned their backs on me and I had to solve the problem they created. The loss from the carfax report (20% depreciation on the value of the car) is all mine.

I've been trying to talk to you for many days, I've lost count of how many messages I've left in your inbox. You never returned my call. The problem is that my vehicle now has a CARFAX report and this devalues my car. The dealership apparently doesn't want to take responsibility for this problem. My car has been there since May 3rd. You didn't give me a rental car and I'm paying the financing without using it and it crashed

My husband and I were talking to the dealership about a dodge ram sport and made an appointment to see it, on Saturday morning we went on to show our daughter and then we realized the truck was sold. We were never notified about it selling. Prior to finding out it was sold we did their preapproval process and were told that it was a soft credit check but while my husband was talking to Mike from Kissimmee we both got notifications of a hard inquiry on our credit report. Fast forward to today (Monday) we called and said we are on our way to look at another vehicle a Dodge RamLaramie that was on their Clermont lot, we got there and test drove the vehicle and started the paperwork to buy it. While they got our trade in appraised and information we were then notified that the truck was sold. This happened while we were in the office buying the truck. They allowed someone online to buy it out from under us. We drove 1.5 hours and took off work to get this vehicle. The only thing we were told was “sorry”. This dealership does not care about their customers. They simple will see a vehicle out from under you! Avoid this dealership!

I left my jeep for the day on 1-26-24 for a tire rotation
I left my jeep for the day on 1-26-24 for a tire rotation and the U90 dealer recall. The next day I checked my tires and realized only the passenger side tires had been rotated. I called Ryan in service back on Monday 1-29-24 and after discussing the problem he promised to issue a credit for the rotation. I called back again on 2-13-24 and 3-3-24 and despite his promises to have a credit issued it hasn't happened. He blames his service manager.
