I have bought multiple truck from crown auto and fleet service. They have great prices, treat their customers with respect and even provide support after the truck has been bought. crown auto and fleet service has offered on multiple occasions to help fix any problems that may arise after the car has been sold. I absolutely recommend and love crown auto and fleet service I know.

Please don't make the mistake we did and buy from Crown. Do not want anyone to have rot go thru what we did. Truck was no where close to what they said and pics and we were supposed to have 3 months or 3000 mile warranty that Crown never paid the company for and it was cancelled for non payment. Never buy from them!!!!!!!

Horrible customer service! Nasty to me after I purchased my truck, sad thing is, I buy trucks often. Don’t buy from these guys unless you’re looking to get jerked around.

Poor customer service, was very rude by playing on phone instead of greeting customer. Poor knowledge of cars on the lot, and was not thrilled about location. Overall a terrible experience.

I bought a 2003 Ford Explorer from Crown Auto. When I got it the transmittion was needed fixed so I took it to the transmittion place and the fixed so they thought. So the owner called them and made them fix it right. It ended up there fault. But it ended up not costing me a thing both times the owner helped me on that. I would send everyone to Crown Auto to buy a truck. Everyone was great and made me feel at home. They explained every step of the way.
