I appreciated that they treated my needs with respect and

I appreciated that they treated my needs with respect and listened to what i needed or wanted and fulfilled as much as they could. I dislike being pushed and I found the sales team and manager very relaxing.

I have had my Kia Telluride since October of 2020 and I

I have had my Kia Telluride since October of 2020 and I cannot tell you how great it is, as well as how incredible Selma Kia is! I have had everything done here for my Telluride. Mostly oil changes and recommended maintenance, but they were quick to hlep resolve two issues after 75,000 (sunroof and captain chair button issue). Selma Kia is devoted to customer service and really want you to be like family!

Selma Kia has the best people working there I would not take my car anywhere else..The staff who works there r very professional.. VERY FRIENDLY I trust them with my car 110%!!i would give them 10 stars if i could..THANK YOU TINA N ADRIAN!!!!!

The sales person we dealt with was straightforward with us about pricing and applied no pressure. We told her what we could afford and she made it happen.

Quick and efficient

Quick efficient and polite. Jesus was able to listen to my wants and identify a few cars for me to look at. He was knowledgeable and kind. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Jesus to be precise.

Just paid off my vehicle a few months ago.

Just paid off my vehicle a few months ago. Had numerous recalls on it. The engine light turned on and we called to schedule an appt. they gave it to us in a month! The car had a rattling noise but worked just fine. After a week my husband called they said someone would call back. Another week passed and I called. The mechanic went on vacation! No one informed me emailed me called me, nothing. I got a call back later that day. I was told at intake I would be asked for a diagnostic to be performed, they went ahead and did it anyway. My bill was quoted to be 11thousand for a rattling noise. I was also banned for not paying the $220 from Selma Kia? My car was not the same the engine light was now blinking plus the oil light which was not on when I dropped off. When I got home my car smelled like smoke.
