Had a great experience. They had the car we wanted and helped us get everything set up before we even got there, so by the time we got there, we just had to sign papers. Very easy process. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Made an apt online for 7am and arrived to only found out it's drop off only, when I put wait with vehicle. The facility was dirty including the waiting room and restroom.
