This was my second purchase at Ryan Auto Mall.

This was my second purchase at Ryan Auto Mall. It was even better than my first. Lee was just as helpful as Jeff, the difference this time was I purchased the exact Equinox I was looking for. I got a very fair deal on my trade, better than what the other dealers were offering. Give these guys a look, they won't disappoint.

i made an appointment to find out why my Stop Start

i made an appointment to find out why my Stop Start feature was not working on my 2021 Jeep Renegade, I was told the problem could not be diagnosed because the battery was not at 100%. i asked which battery. The service tech appeared confused with the question. He told me they would have to spend two hours charging the battery and I would be charged a fee for charging the battery. After the battery was charged to 100% they could diagnose the problem. None of this made sense to me as my Jeep has around 22,000 miles on it. I did not understand why I would be paying a fee for warranty work. This is the second time I have had in issue with Ryans service department. on another occasion the mechanic was pulled of my Jeep to work on someone elses and I sat there for over 6 hours waiting for mine to be completed. Jeep Wave VIP service?
