We couldn't be happier with their service. We drive 10 hours for a specific truck, and they worked hard to accommodate our schedule when we got there close to closing time. An issue arose as we were driving of the lot, and they did not have a replacement part in town. They went above and beyond to find a way to get it fixed so we could get home on time. They took good care of us, and we would seriously consider driving back another 10 hours to do business with them again.

We drove 2 1/4 hours from Fort Collins, CO because our experience was simple, no hassling nor fooling around. We found the car on Dodge's website. We contacted Glenn York and were rolled out a "red carpet" the rest of the way. We came to a quick, no fuss deal (bottom line with no additional charges (eg Dealer Handling fees)) and Reganis paved the way for us to pick up our new car as agreed upon in lightning fast time. We are extremely thankful to have met everyone here and we highly recommend anyone outside of the Scottbluff area to try this dealer.

Reganis is an awesome dealership. Glenn York sent us photos and texts about the vehicle since we were driving from 3 hours away. He made sure we were happy with our truck. Their policy of no Doc/paperwork fees is such an honest great extra. We found it well worth the 3 hour drive to go to Reganis. We highly recommend this dealership and Glenn.

Definitely don’t waste your time purchasing vehicles from Reganis. I was communicating back and forth with Dominic Romo over a pickup. We had a deal made. He contacted me at 1 Pm. Today 1/24/25 confirming that I was coming to pick it up. We’re about 45 minutes away I got to town at roughly 2:20. Went to the E overland location where it was supposed to be Noticed I couldn’t see the pickup on the lot. Figuring since he. Was well aware that I was coming that he’d pulled it in or something. Went inside the receptionist was very nice and professional she called Dominic. Who told her he’d be right over. While waiting she was going to have it pulled up so we could look at it.. The older Guy on the sales floor made her aware that they sold the pickup first thing this morning. Obviously I was pissed. He offered not so much as an apology I’m sorry for wasting your time.. definitely don’t waste your time or money with these unprofessional idiots.

I live in Cheyenne, WY. Normally when looking vehicles, I would look at bigger dealerships in Wyoming and Colorado. I had never thought to look at Scottsbluff to purchase a vehicle. Well, Reganis Auto Center has completely changed that! They had the best price for the vehicle I was looking for, with no dealer or documentation fees! The dealership may be smaller, but they do not go small on taking care of their customers. On my way there I was able to speak with Glenn York and just about have everything wrapped up but a test drive and signing loan documents. Glenn was forthright and honest with me every step of the way. I could not recommend a better salesman. Laurie in financing, was on top of everything. I have worked in a dealership. So yes, I know more than the average buyer Laurie still explained everything in detail about the contract and financing. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and look at their inventory first, before looking anywhere else, I will.

The Regains Auto center is well kept and clean, they take good care and attention to all there vehicles on the lot. Glenn York was the guy who helped me out and he is an outstanding person and salesman.

Working with Glenn and Laurie has been the absolute best car buying experience I’ve ever had! All the work they both put into making sure everything was prepared before I ever got to the office. When I was given the run around and horror stories from dealerships in Colorado, Glenn came in with the kindest and most caring disposition! The small town charm and comfort was definitely icing on the cake! I will always look back to Reganis, specifically with Glenn and Laurie for our car buying needs in the future!

Salesman Glenn York was forthright, fair, and helpful. While I detest buying a used car, Mr. York made the experience tolerable when I came looking for a used Ford in June, 2023. While it's always tough to determine when a deal is fair, salesman York at least made the effort to deal in a fair way.

The people at Reganis always offer a top notch experience. They always strive to have a good selection of vehicles and the team works hard to find what you are looking for.

Not the most honest people I've ever met, promised me "lunch & gas" for my economy car if I drove 200 miles on way and never followed through!
