If you enjoy being ignored, dismissed, overcharged, and

If you enjoy being ignored, dismissed, overcharged, and gaslit, this is the service department for you. I brought my ML350 in for a drivability issue (loss of power), and instead of actually diagnosing the problem, they tried to charge me for unrelated tests, gave no answers, tried to throw parts at my car instead of doing relevant tests, and wanted more diag time when all they did was a test drive and pull codes. When I asked questions, they stopped responding, refused to answer them and told me to bring back the loaner car… knowing my vehicle was not driveable and then lied to MB USA and said it was. They wanted nearly $900 more for “further diagnostics” after doing basically nothing useful. I’ve never felt more disrespected or strung along by a dealership in my life. It’s honestly disgusting how they treat paying customers especially women who have automotive knowledge and dare to question them. I’ve escalated to MBUSA, because clearly no one at Wilsonville Mercedes cares about doing the right thing only how deep they can line their pockets. You’ve been warned.

They sold me a 3 service package and used one

They sold me a 3 service package and used one my Services for an oil change. Scam. It took Them almost a year to get me my plates for my car. 3 temp tags later and a call from Mercades fiancé to get that cleared up. Then today I take my car in for service after just 3 days ago of a new windshield directly tell them do not wash it. Guess what they did washed it voided my windshield warrant and now have a rock chip in it. Avoid them at all cost .. also not knowledgeable about service, price. I would give them a negative rating if I could.. customer of almost 20 years lost forever..

We received top notched care and experience at

We received top notched care and experience at Wilsonville Mercedes. We made contact with Brent in sales. He gave us a price and a price for my trade in. He did exactly what promised. Travis in fiance also was spot on. We think the drive from Lynnwood Washington was well worth it. Highly recommend them.

I bought an old 2008 ML 550 but they treated me like I

I bought an old 2008 ML 550 but they treated me like I bought a brand new Mercedes Benz GLS 2025. Also they gave me a brand new Mercedes to drive while fixing my car. Very much appreciated.
