Great Buying Experience
Great and pleasant experience. Dealt with the younger son and his dad yesterday evening. They were kind to wait for my arrival. They allowed us to drive around the neighborhood to test drive the Passat. Immediately were honest with the work their mechanic was fixing and promised to fix it prior to selling. Were very reasonable and friendly.

outstanding people and service
I have no clue why there are so many bad reviews for this place. I just bought a 2005 scion tc and I gotta say I saw nothing close to what you people are talking about. Everyone there was great and did nothing but help. Mr.Dan made buying my new car very easy and he was nothing but nice honest and caring. The delay on the phone when I called was weird at first but then you got to realize the gentlemen who answers the phone is deaf so the delay is only for your own benefit. Patience is one xxxx of a virtue guys how about we learn to have some of it. These guys were nothing but honest and great all around and I'll be recommending them to everybody I know and this will be the first place I come to when I look for the next car nothing but friendly people and outstanding service. Thank you Mr.Dan for everything you did and know you did a great job and got me into the car I wanted I do not know what these people are saying everything about your shop is great and I hope to see you again soon.

bad dealership
I bought a dodge ram around August. The people are nice there until I came back because the truck I had perchased had major transmission problems very shortly after I got it and they said they couldn't do anything about it the whole transmission had to get rebuilt. The prices are over priced to and the truck had way more problems down the road and to this day its still having major problems the truck is not worth it do not go to this dealership or buy a guy from them unless you want nothing but problems

Went by car lot location two different times. Always closed. Phone number not at location. Constantly played phone tag with my voicemail. Horrible customer service.

It is not true what you said that i wasn't here when you came to my place. I always respect to all customers when they ask me if i will be here . I always explain to all my customers that my office hours is Monday to Saturday 10 am to 630 pm.and close on Sunday.
They believe in "We don't need your business"
I was looking for my first car, and found 2 good candidates from this dealer. After reading several bad reviews about this dealer, I decided to give Precision the benefit of the doubt and visited their shop. I went to Precision 2 times, and both of them were horrible experiences! The first time I went there I was alone, waiting at the office for almost 15 minutes (It was noon). When one of the sales guy came in, we tested one of the cars (Dodge). The test drive time was really short, less than 5 minutes. When I told the guy that I noticed that the automatic transmission of the car wasn't shifting, he told me "What do you expect?" and smiled. Back to the office I asked for the CARFAX and they told me their account wasn't working. I was surprised with that answer, so I decided to leave the place. I thought they got one of those crazy days, live everyone else, so I went back home and decided to request the CARFAX by phone (Waiting almost 15 minutes for something as simple as sending an email) I went back to the shop 2 days later and asked to test drive both of the cars I liked. One of the sales guys (both of them are brothers) told me I couldn't test drive the Dodge (car that I already tested 2 days ago) because it was "almost" sold. I didn't want to be rude, so I didn't insist and moved on to the next car I liked, an Audi for 4K. I tested the car for another short time. I really liked the car, and again noticed a couple of things that had to be fixed (Windshield was cracked, the panel wasn't working, etc). The sales guy told me they will take care of all of those things before the car was taken for inspection. Once back to the office, I requested the break down of the final price (For break down I mean price of the car, plus all of those fees and charges that I will get charged such as tax, registration fee, plates, inspection, etc. The sales guy gave me a $number and told me "everything" was included. One more time asked for the break down, but the sales guy wasn't willing to accept my request. Once again, I decided to leave the place and give them a call later on. I called the office at the next day, and this time a 3rd guy picked up the phone. I asked for the same break down and this time the guy worked on my request (after 5 minutes just giving me the final price). I found out I was getting charge for a Warranty I never requested, some fees for "labor" at the DMV (work I was willing to do by myself), and some other more. The guy was polite and helpful, but a little bit pushy at the time I asked him for time. After reviewing the numbers I asked him if all of the problem I pointed out before will be fixed, and the guy said NO, only the windshield will be replaced, not the drivers panel (His argument was that all Audis had that problem, so it wasn't worth it to fix it) I politely told the guy that I wasn't interested in the car, so I will keep looking for some other options. Guy asked me if I wanted to make a deposit "just in case", and I said No because I wasn't interested in the car anymore. Ten minutes later, I received a call from a lady saying that they will fix the problems I pointed out only if the buyer who was scheduled to buy the car on Monday doesn't like the car. She also offered me a call to follow up on the car if the car is not sold by Monday. Politely, I told the lady that I wasn't interested in the car anymore. The lady told me "We don't need your business anyway" and hung up. What they expect from me? I did my best to give them a chance, and after all it was a waste of time. What they expect from us as customers? They just want to do whatever they want to d in order to make money. DO NOT WASTE (AND MONEY) YOUR TIME WITH PRECISION BECAUSE THEY DO NOT NEED YOUR BUSINESS

All of our vehicles have carfax's that are provided at the time the customer is the office to see the vehicle they are potentially interested in. The Dodge that is referred to in this statement had a deposit on it the second time that he came back. Our policy is when the vehicle has a deposit on it, it is no longer available. As to the Audi a breakdown in price was given as is given to all our customers as to the total price, this done for all our customers. To all our customers, your business is highly appreciated.
strange dealer
I don't know what it is? but the people who works at this dealer knows one thing and one thing only; Cash!!! every person I talk to asking for cash. Gave me negative impression and disengaged my self from making any more attempts on buying cars from them.

Great experience!
I just purchased a Honda Pilot from Sal and his son Dan. They both could not have been nicer. Neither pushed me to purchase any of the cars on their lot. They waited past closing one night for me to come by to test drive the car, as I work in NYC. They allowed me to have my mechanic check the car out b4 purchasing. Once I decided to buy, everything went smoothly. To the person saying that they insist on a cash deal...you must have called a different place. I didn't pay cash. All in all, a very pleasant experience. I would have to also say that the phone system is a little weird, but once you realize their is a slight delay in the response...it's totally fine. I would definately recommend them to others!

Don't waste your valuable time
This dealer had a plethora of Subaru wrx's listed on cars.com. When I went to look there were none of the 5 they had listed online for sale. A salesman tried to show me a car I had absolutely 0 interest in, and all around treated me disrespectfully and offered unaccountably poor service, which I consider inexcusable. I think their false listings to draw in business is a horrible practice, and their service was also deplorable. Don't bother, you'll have a better customer experience elsewhere.

All the WRX's went out in short period of time... We have since taken off all the advertisement for the cars... We don't recall dealing with you... We apologize for the confusion... Next time please give us a call first and we will be more then happy to tell you if the car is still available... We have many repeat satisfied customers.
Wonderful expeierence
I had a great buying Experience from these guys. The young man showing me the car was nice and also knew a lot about the vehicles on his lot. It was nice to deal with people who are knowledgable and dont push you to buy something you dont want. They were able to get me approved for a loan which made me very happy. I couldn't be happier with my new car! Have already recommended these guys to my sister and friends. Thanks guys!
