Called in at 7:30 a.m to let Tom know my engine lite was lit and I was going on a trip to North Carolina tomorrow morning. No hesitation he said bring it in! Brought my Kia K5 in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The service members found a screw in my passenger side back tire. The staff there worked with me on pricing to replace my tire. Overall the experience was great and for them to replace my tire change my oil and rotate all four tires and I was out of the dealer ship in under an hour was awesome. Highly recommend coming to this dealer ship!

I just feel when I’m there that I trust what they’re telling me about my car. Tom was great, and took me in and got my car done gave me some advice and I was comfortable and it was done in a timely basis and it’s nice to have a service department that you can trust.

Went to Kia for 60,000 mi check up. No waiting as I was greeted by Tom and he explained all the items that were part of the service. Since I was waiting for car he told me all that was available to make my wait comfortable. Car done in no time and a review of the service was followed by an escort to my car. Awesome job.
