Breeze Auto Sales

Within the past year I have purchased 2 vehicles from Breeze. First you are greeted by Robin who is happy to help out in any way to get you started on your purchase or service experience. Then you have Dave and Ryan in sales that will work with your budget and needs. They will work with you to make sure the vehicle is in the best condition possible prior to buying. There is no stress to buy right then and there by the sales team but be sure that if it's a great deal it could walk away from you too. This visit was for service though and here is the heart of the operation, the mechanic, Rich. He keeps all cars going even after you purchase. Any issues he will get it fixed and Breeze does it at a great price too. Anything they don't do onsite they will recommend a vendor that works with their clients. I will continue to buy from Breeze. The best thing is, if I am looking for a specific vehicle all I need to do is let them know what I am looking for and they will keep an eye out for me. I have worked with pushy dealers and sales people before. Never again since I found Breeze.

I can't say enough good things about Breeze and Dave Franciosi. We purchased a beautiful used Ford F-150 from him a few years ago. Much to our dismay, the truck was totaled in an accident. Because of Dave's excellent customer service and personal manner, we went back to Breeze. We then purchased a Chevy through Ryan at Breeze since Dave was out for a bit but we had some difficulty with it in the first few days. Because we were return customers and were uncomfortable with the Chevy, Dave and Ryan made some adjustments and found us a Ford Explorer and allowed us to do a swap. The truck is for my son and the ease with which Dave stepped in, found something reliable and sporty within our price range and stayed late to accommodate our schedule since we were coming from PA is something that I am confident NO salesman would be able to accomplish! Me, my fiance and my son have all had interaction with Dave. I also had one instance where I was frustrated; I was upset at the loss of our pickup and was having difficulty coming up with cash for yet another vehicle. I was frustrated with my choice of the Chevy. Through all of this, Dave never wavered, was honest and caring and compassionate and did his very best to help us. It's tough to buy a used car. It's tough these days to trust. If you are reading this and take one review to heart, let it be this one because I am not easy and not trusting (I hate to say that but it's true.) Dave is like a friend. Trust him. He won't steer you wrong and he and Breeze stand by what they sell.

It was easy to give Breeze a five star rating across the board. Buying a used vehicle is something that I do not enjoy doing, but my experience at Breeze was very easy, friendly and quick. I bought a 2002 Ford Explorer that was in pretty good shape. It had a warning light problem and something going on with the 4 wheel drive. Breeze took care of both problems and everything was amicably worked out. That would not oF happened if you bought a car from an off the street private sale. The technicians were very good and also friendly. I would highly recommend this place.

Dave took great care of my granddaughter buying a used 2004 Subaru Forester. Repairs were needed and he made everything right with the car and treated us fairly. Ryan assisting in processing the paperwork and ensuring all went well. AWESOME. Great overall and exceeded my expectations. I'm a car guy and Dave recognized it right away. He kept in touch when the car was ready. Thanks Dave and Ryan.. Best service, no dickering. When it's right --it's right. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Worth driving an hour from PA to buy a car.

My car was totaled in an accident and I was dreading the process of having to buy another car. I went to Breeze Auto on a Friday to look at 2 cars and drove out of there on Saturday morning with my car. It could not have been easier - they did everything - all paperwork, financing, etc. Both Ryan and Dave were friendly and helpful. My daughter is also looking for a car and I will be sending her to Breeze Auto.

These guys were a pleasure to deal with. No hassles, and no pesky sales people. The sales guy Dave worked to get me the best deal, and was extremely helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a car.

Personally David was the most helpful...honestly was a blessing that came into our lives...he treats my like gold and did everything in his will power to help me get something safe and what I could afford... We needed a van to add to our fleet. We came and looked at this van Monday night. It looked and drove like new with 178K on it. No pressure, no hype. We agreed on a figure, very reasonable. Dave answered any and all questions we had and took a small deposit. Tuesday we picked the truck up, brought it to PA and our mechanic went over it from top to bottom, passed inspection, needed NOTHING. The truck is now in service and making money for us! We received very courteous professional service from Breeze Auto and hope they can get us another truck like this one! Clean, nice facility also!
