They lied....

Not at all happy with how the transaction went down. It would be easy to call me a sore loser but my issue is not so much with the car being sold out from under me while we were negotiating price, it is the fact that I was lied to and obviously strung along while they worked the other deal. Was finally told that the owner (consignment car) had decided to take the car off the market when in fact they had another buyer who came in and offered an easier transaction. I get it, they need to get the most out of the car they can. Now that I know the car was in fact sold, not taken off the market, it is obvious they purposefully stalled my offers and getting responses to me so they could work the other deal instead. In short, I will never attempt to do business with the company again no matter how compelling the deal is.

Carl, all of this was discussed with you earlier on the phone and I am sorry you're not happy but what you "think" transpired didn't. It is never our goal to make anyone mad but when you are working multiple deals on cars it happens from time to time. I understand you are not happy you missed this car, but you are fabricating your own story in your mind. What you "think" happened did not. The Jaguar you wanted was a consignment car and we have multiple deals working on the same cars all the time. We tend not to tell clients that because it sounds like a cheesy used car salesman thing to say. First, the owner of the Jaguar was to pick it up, we were out of space and the plan was for him to get it and before that I had someone call and they scheduled an inspection with Lemon Squad. Once this happens, they have the first right of refusal. We do not take deposits on any car because if someone wants to back out, we must give it back anyway. Just like if you had paid to have your own pre purchase inspection done we also would not have sold it out from under you. The inspection took 3 days longer than Lemon Squad quoted and then took another couple of days for our client to get it back from them. Once he got the inspection back, he did buy it. At no point was anyone using your offer to make more money, this was a consignment, and we get the same no matter what it sells for. Could there have been more communication on our end, yes, I would give you that, but you were not lied to, and no one was using your offer against you. Again, I am sorry that you are not happy that is never our goal.

Awesome Experience!

Mark and staff were great, easy transaction buying my sight unseen GT3. Heather Kanouff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and streamlined the process. I would highly recommend buying a car from this dealership.

Very nice collection of amazing vehicles.

Went inside, staff was very friendly, smiley amazingly clean well organized place,stocked with nothing but the very best exotic cars,I will give this place a five diamonds rating,thank you hubbard.

Buying an early E-type OTS Jaguar

I dealt with Mark Hubbard by phone, e-mail and then 2 different visits to the awesome dealership. Everything was professionally done and enjoyable. I wound up buying a 1967 E-type roadster in a light silver and black. Highly recommended.

Perfect Porsche

Mark is a great person to do business with. He took care of us from the start. He shuttled us from the airport, and made sure the buying process was as smooth as possible. My wife loves her classic Porsche, and the fact that she got to go to pick it out with me in Mark's showroom. We made a mini vacation out of it and will always be thankful to Mark for making sure we got a great deal, and had a great time in Scottsdale!
