I purchased my car from this dealer at the beginning of the covid outbreak and haven’t even put 1000 miles on it and have had nothing but trouble. Already... had to pay $1000 for a fuel pump to be replaced and when I called to speak with them about my issues their only resolution was I pay over $500 to have it towed to them from where my location I’m CT so they can “take a look and decide if it was something they would be willing to help me out with” after reading reviews on the cost of their labor charges I knew there was no chance it would be worth it to take the risk of bringing it back to them. They were also very quick to say that my warranty was only good for 30 days but with covid and working from home I’ve done significantly less driving deferring the issues past that warranty. I didn’t have the car for 2 weeks before the entire dash screen shattered and stopped working out of no where when I mentioned this they brushed over it like I said nothing at all and just blamed covid in the fact that it took over 3 months to get a registration. This was another thing I was quoted over $1000 to have fixed. I knew was buying a used car but with less than 50,000 miles I in no way expected $2000 worth of work on a car I haven’t even put 1000 miles on yet.They do not properly inspect or fix their used cars just defer the problems to the buyer after sale. Not to mention the undervalue for the car I traded in with them. From such a large dealership I would have expected different. If I could leave 0 stars I would have and would highly recommend buying your next car elsewhere.

I was looking at a 2004 SL 55 AMG with approximately 76k miles. On the surface - nice car and a fair price. However, with a car of this age, any reasonable... buyer would want to have confidence that there were not any 'hidden' issues that would cost a ton of money after a purchase. This dealership only offers an Implied Warrantee of Merchant ability on used cars- which means- try to get them to fix any issues found after purchase- bottom line- it isn't happening. I asked the dealership for an independent inspection and that they fix any issues found prior to my purchase and delivery, which is a fair way to do business. The dealership has the advantage of being able to fix things at their cost. The response I received from a manager, Erick, was that I could have the car for an inspection but Mercedes Benz of Warwick would not agree to fix any issues found but I could buy (from them) an extended warrantee that 'MIGHT' fix any issues found. In other words- this dealership IS NOT reputable. Also, I have been an Inskip customer for over 30 years and have purchased many cars and had many services performed- all Infiniti. Because of my experience with Erick at the Mercedes dealership I will never do business with any Inskip company again.

The initial visit and picking up of vehicle went smoothly and stress-free. But I am still waiting a week later for my registration. They said they were... going to registry and contact my insurance for me. I have called, left voice mails for business manager Rocco, text my salesman John Canning, emailed them and do not get any responses from them. I cant drive this car now because I need to get a sticker for it and can't get my sticker without my registration. Up until this...they have been exceptional...now that they made the sale they forget you exist.

Salesman was very good at his job .After speaking with his manager Eric, that was a different story. He was very condescending and spoke down at us, at... this point would not consider buying a vehicle from here.

He is very proficient... and knowledgeable about the entire process of buying the car and helped me with all my questions all along this process. Overall it was a great experience!
