John Lyden and John Trevaskis went to bat for me and worked incredibly hard to secure financing for me. You know yourself better than any customer service professional ever will, so when you know what vehicle you want all you need is competent staff to cross the t's and dot the i's on the paperwork to get the ball (jeep in the example) rolling; and that's what I experienced at Pischke. I didn't get the "I've had too many customers like you, stop asking questions and buy the car already" vibe at all, and when I had questions I didn't even know how to put in words, I asked them (sort of) and got a full break down on what I wanted clarified. The staff really seemed to care about getting me the best deal possible, and I was satisfied with the figures I walked out the door with. I am from Pennsylvania. I was looking for a new promaster. I called out to dealership to see if I could purchase it. John answered the phone. He gave me the price. In two days I was on a plane to Pischke Motors. John picked me up at the airport. I was at the dealership for about 2 hrs. And I was on the way home.
