I was on the market for a Range Rover for quiet some time...

I was on the market for a Range Rover for quiet some time but after calling around dealer to dealer most sales guys made me deal uncomfortable. Timothy is too honest to be a sales guy, he even told me about a small chip before I went in. Thank you.

Best Experience

It was a amazing experience and will definitely visit their site on my next one. The car was as described over the phone with no hidden surprises. Thanks.

Great Car Buying Experience

Sales and office staff are very knowledgeable about the high end cars they sell. Just bought my third Mercedes from them and couldn’t be happier. The sales guys are not high pressure car salesman and they are fun to deal with.

Private Collection is the place to go for exotica

We were extremely impressed with their showroom, delivery, no haggle pricing so we did not end up spending a day waiting for the sale manager to work you into all the stuff you do not need. I came to pick up the car next Monday they have the car all detailed up for us. I will return for my next purchase.

Dealer response

Thank you so much for your kind words, Shummy. We really appreciate you taking the time out to share your experience with us. We count ourselves lucky for customers like you. We look forward to working with you again in the future.

good independent dealership

Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

Dealer response

Thank you for the kind review Zohan. Since we do have high end vehicles we do keep most of our cars indoors. Good part being the cars avoid getting dirty but the bad part is that we do have to move cars around quite frequently. Come back anytime just to take a look around. Thanks, Ashley

Sold me a Boxster that failed driving off the lot

Was sold a lemon Porsche Boxster that was falsely represented, and want to warn you all from buying from this shady dealer. I bought a Boxster from here and during the test drive felt the manual transmission had some issues but was assured it was nothing to worry about, and plus the car supposedly had a warranty so even if it had an issue it could get fixed. Unfortunately, barely a week later the transmission did in fact fail as I feared (my worst fear is buying a used car and having it fail right away). I went to a nearby Porsche shop, had to pay over $2000 to fix it, and the warranty did not cover it! This was just a week after buying it! I called Private Collection to see if they would help fix the situation and they refused to help in any way, claiming a failed transmission barely a week after buying is normal wear and tear. Let this be a warning to all that this place is super shady, and in my opinion, a scam dealer. Any reputable dealer would at least pay for half a repair like this when a car has a major failure only a week after buying it. There are so many places to find good used cars, its just not worth it to take a risk going to a place like this. - Chris.

Great experience

Bought a 2012 Audi R8 with 19k miles and couldn’t be happier with the car or the experience. They gave me what I wanted for my 2013 Porsche Carrera 4 Cabriolet. I will be back in the future, thank you so much.

Hello Jeff - Thank you for the great review. We really enjoyed working with you and it was great that you brought your son along for the buying experience. We sold your trade about a month later and I must say it was a great Porsche. Thank you so much for your business and feel free to stop by anytime to check out some cars. Respectfully, Ashley

complete waste of time

Arranged for a purchase of a vehicle while out of the country, completed all financing documents that were being fed ex'd overnight and received a bill of sale. Was later told by email a few hours later that the car I had purchased had been sold by the manager to someone else. Really? You sold me a car that you had already sold to someone else? Or you sold me a car and then decided to sell it to someone else insight. How can the manager sell a car that has already been sold? Don't waste your time, effort or money on this one
