Milner motor is like buying a car from Santa Claus!! You get greeted in a welcoming way, they answer every question, and I had a lot, they are so kind... and helpful. I bought a car a year ago from Jeff. Recently I had car problems and didnt know what to do. I am recently divorced and know nothing about cars. It is a helpless feeling when things go wrong and you think you have nowhere to turn. Well I remembered how awesome and helpful they were at Milner, so I called them. Jeff put me at ease right away. He told me I had purchased a warranty, he suggested where to get my car fixed, and told me to keep in contact with him about the outcome. He didnt have to do anything especially since I bought it a year ago. I bought a car several years ago from Browns, way above bluebook value, and as soon as I signed the paperwork the relationship was over. Milner should be the only place to buy a car. They aren't salesman they are a family. A good family that sells cars, good cars at a reasonable price, they make you feel important and always answers any concerns. My previous car just died on me and I needed to get a car without any hassels and that is just what I got! The sales manager was very friendly and professional... as was the office manager. The whole process took very little time from filling out the application to getting approved to driving the car off of the lot. I have bought enough cars in my time and I have to say this was by far the best experience ever. I also like the fact that you can look at cars without feeling like you are being pressured into buying something. I bought a Buick Lesaber and I feel like I am riding on clouds, it rives and rides ever so smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking in the market for a used car.
Before the sale they sent me requested info (Car Fax). They were willing to negotiate some on price. Car appeared to be as advertised. My mistake was not... driving the car on a highway at higher speeds. Terrible vibration due to old tires (did not look bad on inspection). I did drive the car locally near the dealer without any problems. I guess Virginia inspection is not as thorough as Pennsylvania where I live. A new set of tires took care of the problem. Had I known this was a problem, I would have done some more negotiation. Otherwise the car is as advertised.
We are very,very satisfied with Millner Motors. Good communication over the phone. We feel like we paid a fair price, received excellent customer service,... a tank of gas to send us home, new floor mats and a friendly smile. We really appreciated being treated this way. We would highly recommend this dealer and his staff.
By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. We found a car on their website that we liked and had planned on driving up that weekend to see... it. We called to see if they would hold the car till we were able to get up there that weekend, and they did us one better. The sales manager happened to be traveling to Chapel Hill the next day so he offered to drive the car down so we could inspect it. Their price on the car was great (below market value even) and there was no high stakes negotiations needed. They worked very efficiently with our lender to setup all the necessary paperwork and even saved me a trip to the DMV. I had to drive a rental car to pick up the vehicle, and they even sent someone to pick me up at the rental car agency. Once at the lot the paperwork was done in about 10 minutes and I left with a full tank of gas (something you think all car lots would do right?). I cannot say enough about how well run this place is, and the customer service is better than I have ever gotten at even high-end dealers.

They were in contact with me within 24 hours. Filled out a credit application online. Within 24 hours, they had an offer to me. They answered my questions... promptly.
