On 6/27/25 I brought my car in because of noise coming

On 6/27/25 I brought my car in because of noise coming from the air conditioner whenever I turned it on. After the car was checked out by a tech, I received a call from Service advisor Mr. Daniel Czvlewicz stating that the service manager said that the warranty is not covered because there were leaves in my air conditioning compartment. Furthermore, it was stated that the leaves were there because whoever changed my oil and air filter failed to replace the filter. Fact is my last oil change was here at Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro. This was when I brought my car in because of check engine light was on an order created on 4/4/25. When I picked the car up on 4/9/25 I was informed by Advisor Anna that the tech thought the car came in for an oil change. Therefore, I got a bonus of an oil change. However, when I’m looking at my invoice it is not noted there. I raised this issue with Paul J Nolan, Assistant Service Manager. Then he said there was no way GMC would authorize the repair. Although the 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty should have covered the work, I was still charged $396.46 for the service. I brought my complaint to sale floor manager Reggie May. Since he is the person who sold me the vehicle. Mr. May stated he will look into it. Also he gave me his cell phone number to call. I told him I can email the issue to him. Which I did and got no response. But when I call it goes to voice mail. So, I left a message. Never got a call back from May. I drive from Nashville to meet with May. Mr. May again says he will look into it. But I never get to hear or see May again. It makes me feel as if he is avoiding speaking with me. I drove again to the dealership. This time I am told by the receptionist that May is on vacation. I asked to speak with the GM and the receptionist tells me that the GM is unavailable. All of this began on 6/27 and it is 7/14 and I still haven’t heard anything back. The anxiety I get from these unavailable people have me wondering if Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro will honor the existing “lifetime powertrain warranty”. In conclusion, I spoke with service manager, Sales manager and tried to speak with GM and got nothing but a disappearing act from Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro. I feel insulted and ghosted. Shame on Chevrolet Buick GMC of Murfreesboro!!!!

Have dealt with this dealership for 7 years. They are great to deal with and the dealership is always spotless clean. A pleasure to come in and interact with the workers. JD is best salesman we have ever had in years of buying autos and trucks.

They had my buick for rear camera replacement and didn't repair my car the said the part was back ordered and we decided to to my car to parks gm in Columbia Tennessee , who repaired my car as soon as th part came but the rent that the dealership gave i had for 2 wks and my platinum warranty covered that was 6 months ago , but the dealership refused the bill and Enterprise Car Rental Came For Me Chevrolet Buick Cadillac Of Murfreesboro Tennessee Dealership Aways Had Poor Service And Dont Treat Minorities Fair , Look At You Like Like You Don't Belong In Their Dealership, That's How I Feel Whenever I Go Their

This dealership & Jason went out of their way to help us today when we had a tire rim issue on our way back to Chicago from Naples, FL. We went to two other businesses to get help but Chevrolet of Murfreesboro-Jason-we’re the only ones who were willing to get us back on the road safely. Thank you so much!

The first sales experience was good.

The first sales experience was good. And the two sales people I met was great. But have to be honest - everything since then have been so slow, not great and definitely not worth a repeat. No answers to nothing (except from the sales guys who cannot take decisions), difficult to get clear answers on anything. And all deals and agreements made after the sale havent been kept. Had to do anything myself. Will point Jamie out and say, the followup and customer service from his side have been outstanding.
