I shopped around for over a month looking for the best deal on a used truck. I needed something reliable and affordable but with my poor credit I had limited choices. Luckily I found ET, They helped me get into a new vehicle and I am happy to say that I have had nothing but good experiences with the staff. I will recommend to friends and family.

Roxanne and Rene are not people that are supposed to be in this industry. The car they sold us was awful the lights didn’t work the car was leaking water inside. It was one problem after another. We had put 2000$ down and they did not want to give us our down payment back. I recommend going somewhere else and saving yourself the headache and heartache! Very very bad business unfortunately

I got a 2013 toyota camry after 3 months with the car i started having problems with it so i returned it and know their selling it for more than what i was paying they give warranty but wont honor it be careful what you buy from them

Came from dallas to buy a 2007 Chevy Silverado and the sales men was very helpful over the phone and didn?t waste my time great truck and would say they have great prices and great used cars with a free CARFAX

I was very disappointed with the service at this dealership. While the salesman was helpful, the manager was extremely rude and very insulting. My biggest complaint was that it took over two months to get the plates for this vehicle. I had to constantly call THEM to get an update, as it was to much trouble for them to make sure if the new plates were delayed that they could update the paper plates. The manager also called me a liar, stating to me that I was surely driving the vehicle around on expired paper plates, and when I denied it he encouraged me to drive on them. The last straw was they they never called when the plates finally did come in, we had to call for an update and then found that they had been processed a couple of weeks earlier. How hard would it have been for them to call us when they came in? Very unprofessional, very rude, very condescending. Not only would I not ever purchase from this dealer again, I would NOT recommend them to a friend.

My dad was paying for a truck and I consigned and he couldn't pay and I was gonna start paying , they didn't giver me a chance,he was never late for 3 yrs and they picked it up...The payment was only 13 days late..I just lost my mom had to pay for her funeral but they didn't even work with me...

Very friendly salesperson (Freddy). Answered all my questions. Never felt pressured. I will recommend my friends and family to this auto place.

In an effort to save money, I have been to numerous used auto sales store in the South side although I live in the North Side. Unfortunately, the customer service at many of these locations was not that good and sometimes sketchy. So I was pleasantly surprised when I meet Freddy at ET Auto Sales this weekend. He was not only friendly, but also very knowledgeable about the many types of vehicles (the pros and cons of each) as well as the different types of financing options available, regardless of credit history. I am still deciding between a few vehicles, but I plan to come back to Freddy to finalize the sale soon. His customer service is top-notch.
