Don't go there!

Do not buy a car from these people. I bought a car from them 3 1/2 months ago and still don't have license plates because they owe the DMV $11, that's right ELEVEN DOLLARS. My temporary registration has expired, and I am breaking the law every time I take the car out of the driveway. Save yourself a lot of trouble, buy a car from anyone, but do not buy one from these lying, incompetent, losers. They won't let you choose no stars, or I would have.

2011 Panamera S

The sales team was very helpful, not pushy. They have a pretty impressive inventory of higher end European and domestic cars to choose from. Once we made the final decision to purchase the vehicle the whole process only took about an hour. They delivered a very clean, well detailed car. Overall a very good experience!

Stereotypical used car salesmen

If you want the stereotypical used car experience, this is where to go. I went here to look at two used Volvo SUVs they had in stock. I called to set up an appointment and they were really quick to answer my questions about pricing and getting pictures (one of them was just uploaded to the site). When I came in to look the first time to look at a 2010 Volvo XC90 R-Design (the 2011 XC60 R-Design was not ready) they were friendly and courteous, probably because they knew I wanted to see the other car before buying. The second time I went to look at both SUVs they were luckily both ready. Only thing that was strange is that he kept changing the pricing, he told me the XC90 was supposed to be $18,900 and that they'd honor the price they had told me over the phone at $17,900 and that the XC60 that they told me was $18,900 was actually $19,900, but they would not own up to it. My salesman, Chris, was super pushy and trying to get me to use their financial institutions even though I came pre-approved with US Bank for their original pricing, not this new, suddenly changed pricing. I told him I possibly wanted one of the SUVs and that I had to think about it over lunch. While at lunch I received the typical used car salesman text, "Nick, someone wants the XC60, waiting for your decision. Manager doesn't want to hold the car! What's your decision?" (Exact text). After that (I used to sell cars), I texted him back saying that I will go elsewhere. The cars were okay, but not worth the stereotypical abuse encountered by the aggressive staff. I bought a Volvo somewhere else the next day. Funniest part is that I checked today after nearly a week and both cars are for sale still. XC90 is $17,900 and the XC60 is $19,900. The XC90 also says "single owner" on their website and factors that into their no-haggle pricing even though the CarFax says 4 owners. Good luck buying from them, you could do better elsewhere though.

Excellent experince

I reviewed and test drove a 2004 Lightning and a 2001 Lightning both vehicles were very clean and presentable, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I selected and purchased the 2001 that day, the deal was satisfactorily to it's ultimate end and i drove home with my recent purchase.

Nice selections of good looking cars

Purchased a 2006 Corvette from them and on the way home the radiator sprung a leak and I called them the next day and they said no problem they would take care of it and since I lived about 70 miles away they had me take it to the local Chevrolet dealer and they paid for the new radiator. I love the car but was a little disappointed when I realized there were no mats and the front tires needed to be replaced but all in all I paid a fair price for the car

Great Showroom

It way exceeded my expectations in terms of inventory, size, showroom, and especially sales people. I haven't made a decision on the car yet, but if I do I would certainly give them my business.

2007 BMW 650i Conv

Olivia was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful. She was able to get me financed at a much better rate than my credit union offered me. This car as well as all of the cars I saw there were amazing, mine looks like new. The buying process was simple, easy and no pressure. I highly recommend this dealer and Olivia to everyone I meet.
